The mezzanine includes a double bed of 140 and a wardrobe.
You have the relaxation area on the ground floor with a sofa bed, a new kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a washing / drying machine, a microwave, a kettle, an Italian coffee maker, and dishes. Shower room and wc are also on the ground floor.

Perfect for a couple. Plenty of space for us and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. Very close to everything we needed ( Nice-Ville station, Galleries Lafayette, restaurants ) and just 3 minutes to the beach! Host was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
