Stayed for a week with our two teenage daughters. Believe the positive reviews! From the super fast check in, convenient room access (small hotel), clean / modern rooms, ease of walking and friendly and efficient hotel staff, it was all we hoped for. The room was serviced daily and stocked with everything needed and more. Sorry I didn't get your name, but a special thank you to the young lady at the front desk who ran for ice when one of our fam had a twisted ankle! You were very accomodating and we appreciate your quick help! Within steps from the hotel are several bakeries, sandwich shops, gelato stands, cafes and the promenade along the beach. For those wondering about transportation, we took a taxi from the airport, which was super easy, but slightly more costly than an Uber. We Ubered back to the airport for our departure. There is a dropoff / pickup one block down from the hotel door due to the hotel being on an interior alley off of a main square. It's an easy walk with a roller bag. We highly recommend this establishment and hope to be back ourselves!

Lovely apartment in an awesome location. We had a car and finding the parking was chalk but once that was sorted we were very comfortable in this property. Plenty of room for us (2 adults, 2 older teens). Washer dryer in the apartment. Apartment was clean and tidy with good facilities. Staff helpful and friendly. Great location for restaurants, shops, public transport.

Fantastic apartments. Well appointed with friendly helpful staff. The location was excellent. Right in the heart of Nice. Pretty noisy at night, even if you’re on the top floor but I guess that’s the price you pay for being right in the centre of the action.

The property is located in old Nice! Minutes walking distance to most of the attractions. There are tons of restaurants and boutique shops in the area. The hotel room is spacious and surprisingly quiet. Beds are comfortable. The front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful. We had four nights wonderful stay here for family vacation. Excellent hotel in the heart of the old town, 2 mins walk to the beach and the tram that goes to the Nice train station. It on a side street and very quite. We have a two-level unit and the room is spacious. Bathroom is large. The room is well desingned and functional, internet was great. Highly recommended.

if you use ubber and bolt from airport , they will not dropped you at the hotel, you need taxi, because It's in Pedestrian area, maybe in high session it will be noisy. I was there in the low session, and it's a little bit, no to much noisy, but the location is great

Nice hotel, good location. We went when it wasn’t peak season but it was still noisy at night from the square outside and surrounding bars/nightlife (we were on the top floor in the apartment style room). Good size room with modern bathrooms.

Really nice place and a great location. The staff is very friendly and provides wonderful service. It can get noisy at night with partygoers. It’s not so bad though and still worth the stay.
