Stay by the sea, overlooking the bay of Cagnes sur Mer up to the bay of Antibes. Large three-room apartment 76 m2 air-conditioned with balcony 10m2. Large marble floor living room with large dining table. Two independent double bedrooms separated by a large dressing room. Bathroom with window, large shower and sink, separate WC. Large fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave and four ceramic hobs. 6th floor with elevator (before last floor) and private parking in the residence.
Access to Nice and old Nice by the Cros de Cagnes train station 2 mins walk, numerous buses 2 mins from the apartment and Nice Côte d'Azur airport 15 mins by car and 30 mins by bus.

Excellent location
This apartment suited the two of us perfectly for a week. The location was excellent and view across the Med wonderful. Very close to many bars and restaurants. Easy public transport access to Nice Furnishings somewhat old fashioned but it all worked well

Highly enjoyable stay in Nice
This was a great condo for our family in Nice. It is right across from the beach and the view from the balcony is spectacular. It had everything we needed for an excellent stay in Nice. I would highly recommend it. Walking distance to everything you need. Great cycling and running right from the door. The whole family really enjoyed our stay here.

Cagnes sur Mer is an ideal base for visiting other parts of the French Riviera. Good bus/train links
Spacious and well stocked apartment very close to the sea and nearby supermarket. 15 minutes from Nice airport. Could have had clearer directions to the property eg name of the apartment block but would go there again. Beach is very shingly so take swim shoes. Probably not so great for little ones but we loved it.

Unbeatable location
Perfect location for shops/restaurants/seafront and longer forays into the interior. Quiet block (we were here out of season) with dedicated parking space. Apartment well-equipped and comfortable.

Christmas 2022
We stayed here over Christmas 2021 and may well try to stay again for the same period in 2023; so clearly we are very happy with our choice. It is a super location with excellent local facilities; the flat is spacious , pretty well equipped and comfortable. However, we feel that it would be helpful if a few things were dealt with soon, such as (1) window in bathroom does not shut properly and neither of the front windows lock properly (2) the washbasin plug does not work (3) the shower drain needs regular cleaning of hair so that the water drains away properly (4) the lock on the toilet door is broken (5) more than 2 mugs in the kitchen would be good. The lack of pictures on the walls still makes it feel less cosy than it should and, finally, will the emplty Grand Mariner bottle still be there next year?

Great view and location
Both the owner and Gislaine, were wonderful. The property itself is a little dated, however very clean, spacious and nice view makes up for it. Can be a little noisy from the street, but if you want to be that close to the water, you have to sacrifice some things for the location and view. Great poximity to plenty of restaurants, airport and more. Overall all a trememdous value with a wonderful owner and location.

The apartment was as described. What made it so special was the location. Spectacular views over the Mediterranean from the patio. At least 4 Boulanger in a two minute walk. The boulevard was a few hundred feet from the entrance of the apartment. All in all it is a very special place.

A great holiday in Cagnes-Sur-Mer
A perfect location for beach and public transport .We so enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and also in the evening as the moon shone across the sea .All four of us would love to stay again .Fantastic when we had a lightening storm one night .

A wonderful location and a homely apartment
The view from the balcony is as good as the picture shows. There are lots of nice restaurants very close by, as well as grocery shops and bakeries. Transport links by train and bus are easy to use and very near, taking you around town as well as up and down the coast. The arrangements all worked efficiently, despite my rusty french, and the agent was very flexible about timings. The apartment has everything you will need and we felt as though we were staying in someones home rather than a bland holiday rental. We would fully recommend.

Great apartment and fabulous location
The apartment is very nice, well equipped, lots of towels, bedding, crockery etc. It's a 3 minutes walk to pebble beach, 3 minutes to the bus stop which is very good. Frequent buses. 5 minutes to train station. The road opposite has a small mini supermarket. Lots of nice restaurants along the beach front. Mr Blanchet the owner is very efficient and prompt with replies and Ghislaine, the French agent is very nice and very efficient. We would like to return here again.

Grosse Wohnung wie auf Bildern und im Text. Toller Meerblick.Wirklich alles da, was man braucht, Bad und Küche nicht mehr ganz neu. Was man wissen sollte, die Gegend hat sehr viel Verkehr und den hört man auf der Terasse und auch in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation vor Ort ist ausschließlich französisch, bzw mit Übersetzer App. Preis-Leistung super!
