We were there for 1 night, I changed for 2 other rooms amount was almost $500. I was very up set.The hotel tried to say that it was my bank or expedia that changed me. For a couple of days, I was refunded some of my money. I had to get expedia involved because the hotel kept making excuses on what happened. And when expedia called, involved, the manager stated again refunded the money, I was still miss another refunded and then the excuses came off no it's your bank no it's Expedia you need to talk to them. They finally, after multiple calls for me & and expedia, the hotel refunded the miss money they owed me. If I ever go back to Destin, I will never use that hotel or that type of hotel because you don't charge people for two rooms and deny that they didn't even charge you absolutely terrible.

The rooms where decent and clean, the TV sucks doesnt even have netflix, the guest rest room in the lobby was nasty, i didnt have room service in my room when i needed it after asking 3 times, for a vaccume, and offered to vacuum the floors my self, i had a baby and after a mess is made i needed to make the environment clean, all there was was a virtual assistant and no real human to give me a vacuum to clean up the mess in the floor , and we had to stay in a messy room the whole day into the next when i had to check out. Over all i didnt like that experience, the Virtual Thing is NOT WORKING !!! Bring back real humans to work.

Horrible check in, had to do it all through a virtual assistant since there was no staff on duty..they wanted an extra $100 cash deposit for "incidentals" that was not mentioned anywhere beforehand. Took 15-20 minutes arguing with a person on a machine to get this resolved. Room was dirty, blankets were dirty on the bed and loaded with stains..disgusting. AC unit sounded like it was falling apart all night long, so loud it would wake you up every few minutes when it tried to cool the room off poorly, and guess what.. no staff on duty to complain to.... Will not stay here again

This was the first time that I checked in at a kiosk like this and it went very smoothly. The $100 incidental fee seems excessive, and we will see if it is refunded in a timely manner. Breakfast was sufficient and the overall stay was good.

Rooms were clean. The check in is with a computer online on a camera. It was ok but the internet timed out delaying me getting one of my keys. Would have rather had someone in person. Also the breakfast they offer was basically nothing. We ended up walking across the street and buying breakfast at the Waffle House. Was very disappointed I. The breakfast bc you never even seen a worker there to ask them to restock anything.

They should be shut down! Disgusting place!
Worst hotel experience I have ever had and i travel alot and to many different place & have for over 50 years! Do not waste your money and time! I had ti fight to get just part of the deposit back...becauae there was make up the hand towels! $100 for 4 hand towels!!! The entire place smelled like bug spray. The lights and blinked on and off. You had to check in through a kiosk, but they had a full front desk and the employees were in the office in the back room & refused to come out. They were rude and very argumentative. In the end after I threated to call the police station and report them, they changed me $30 instead of the $100 for the towels & again fought with me about that! He demanded that they were keeping the towels lol umm no ai paid for them they will be bleached and washed and donated to the homeless shelter. Also be warned they have cameras everywhere and will send someone out for just going into the breakfast room to get napkins. Even the rooms hqve hidden cameras that we.found. I will be reporting them and I did take pictures of everything. Adding pictures of the towels (white towels thqy can easily be bleached) so you can laugh along with us about how ridiculous it all is.
