The staff is a lier!!! unhappy experience!
I booked this hotel because of its traditional room with private bathroom. When I checked in at the hotel last week, I couldn't find any private bathroom inside the room. Then I came to the reception for asking whether I can change the room, the staff stated that all of the rooms are full...I am really disappointed and I showed the expedia booking to her, which stated clearly "Traditional room with private bathroom"!!! After negotiation with the staff, she suddenly was willing to change a twin room for me. It meant that the room is not full at all! Why did she tell lies to customer?
Then I asked why the information (private bathroom) on the expedia website is not accurate, it is a big misunderstanding. She replied that is the fault of Expedia. Expedia provided wrong information to the customers. I believed in her wordings and I called to complain Expedia when I finished the trip.
Unfortunately, after talking with Expedia, I discovered that all of the information are provided by the hotel. This hotel shirk all of the responsibility to Expedia, and states that she has no faults. Please consider seriously before you book this terrible and lying hotel !!
Will not recommend to any of my friends! Bad experience! Irresponsible hotel!
