この度はお世話になりました森山直太朗さんのライブを見に札幌から来ました。こちらのホテルで数点気になったのは隣との壁が薄い！声？テレビ？筒抜けで朝方まで隣の騒音が聞こえましたただ単に隣がお子さんがいる家族だったみたいでお子さんが騒いでただけかもしれませんがかなりうるさかったです。あと部屋のスリッパが昔風の便所スリッパみたいでちょっと安っぽく感じました。最後にベッドの枕元にコンセントがないのは不自由ですねこの3点以外はお風呂も最高でしたし館内は清潔感あって自然に囲まれてて素晴らしいと思いました

禁煙と書いてある部屋106号室がタバコ臭くて別の部屋に変えてもらった。喫煙部屋にするかクリーニングした方よいと思う。

終わりよければすべてよし!

ロケ-ション、温泉、全体の清潔感、スタッフの対応、、、全てが良かった!又、夕方ホテル隣の牧草地に鹿の群れがきていた。１週間旅行の最終日だったので締めとしては最高だった!

禁煙希望のはずが喫煙になり、駐車場に面している狭い部屋だった。宿泊が少ないはずなのに変更時してもらえなかった。寝具がタバコ臭く眠れなかった。レストランも金額に合う料理ではなかった。

北海道気まま旅

予約した部屋が狭かったがプラス料金で広めの部屋に交換してくれ良かった、立ち寄り湯のお客さんを10時まで入れて居るのが良くない又、料理は美味しくなかった。

新冠温泉レコードの湯

競走馬が好きな方にはピッタリの宿です。近くに牧場があって、大自然を満喫できます。襟裳岬方面に行くのなら、ちょっと休憩で立ち寄り湯もお薦めです。

レンタカーや自家用車で来られる人がほとんどです。私は電車とバスで行きましたが、行きたいところへの送迎など快くしてくれました。翌日朝一番のバスで帰るので、朝食が7時からなので食べる時間が無いと伝えると、５分早くオープンしますのでコーヒーだけでも召し上がって下さいと手配してくれました。
