Níjar-San José Splendid Stay
Great property for family vacation. Walking distance to beach and all restaurants/markets, etc. Property Manager was most communicative and helpful throughout our stay. House was clean and welcoming. I recommend without hesitation and we hope to return.

Perfect!
We had a wonderful stay at Mari Carmen's house in San Jose. She met us as arranged to let us in and show us round. She was really friendly and welcoming. Communication was excellent beforehand for making arrangements etc. The house is spacious, homely and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. We really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace for breakfast. We would not hesitate to recommend the house and we would love to go back and stay again sometime. Thanks very much Mari Carmen!

Schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht
Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Richtige Größe für 6 Personen. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Alles in San Jose fußläufig zu erreichen. Marie Carmen war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Schlüsselübergabe hat trotz nächtlicher Ankunft super geklappt. Gerne wieder.

Viaje con amigas
Desde el inicio Mari Carmen fue muy amable y atenta en responder rápidamente cualquier consulta, la casa impecable, muy cómoda, nos pareció genial que cada dormitorio cuente con AC y el menaje super completo. La ubicación céntrica para ir a comer y hacer las compras, lo puedes realizar a pie. Regresaríamos sin dudarlo.

El mejor alojamiento
Para mis vacaciones siempre elijo para alojarme un chalé, apartamento, casa rural... De todos ellos el mejor ha sido este último por varias razones, limpieza, trato, situación y sobre todo por equipamiento, tenía de todo lo que se pueda necesitar en una casa todo tipo de productos de limpieza e higiene, pequeños electrodomésticos, hasta sombrilla para llevar a la playa. Jamás había estado en un alojamiento tan bien preparado.

El alojamiento perfecto para vacaciones
La casa de Mari Carmen es ideal para pasar unas vacaciones perfectas. Tiene mucha luz, privacidad, es muy amplia y fresquita y no le falta detalle, hasta tiene wifi! El patio y el cuidado jardín son los complementos perfectos para disfrutar de los atardeceres y las cenas al fresco. MaeiCarmen y su madre han sido las anfitrionas perfectas. Seguro que repetiremos!!!

La casa es aún mejor que en las fotos, totalmente equipada. Vale la pena ir sólo por la bienvenida de Mari Carmen y los detalles al llegar. Todo fueron facilidades. No puede estar todo más limpio y el lugar más tranquilo y mejor ubicado. A 5 minutos caminando del centro de San José y de sus playas. Repetiremos seguro. Un abrazo Mari Carmen!!

La casa está muy bien, es amplia, tiene todo lo que necesitas y está limpia, está en una zona tranquila pero cerca del centro y la playa. Lo único negativo es que hace un poco de calor en los dormitorios que están en el piso de arriba. En general muy bien
