The holiday apartment with a balcony and a shared pool in the garden is on the first floor of a private house in quiet surroundings in Zaton. It is just ten kilometres from the harbour town of Zadar.
In front of the living room there is a furnished balcony. You can also relax in the well-tended garden, which has a 25m² terrace, an outdoor barbecue, a volleyball court and a shared pool of 24m². You can sunbathe on the loungers by the pool. Parasols provide shade if required. Next to the pool there is also comfortable seating. There are parking spaces on the enclosed site.
The 80m² apartment has a separate entrance and can accommodate four people. It has a modern bathroom with a washbasin, shower, bidet and WC. The two bedrooms have a double bed (160cm wide) and two single beds (90cm wide).
