Zen Experience
Lovely setting with beautiful vistas and amenities. Did not use the pool or fire pit but both look nice. Spent quiet evenings in the hot tub star gazing. Although this property rents two other houses, it felt private. The surrounding area has wineries, art galleries (tubac), Patagonia State Park and Missions. Youā€™re in the mountains so weather is cooler than Tucson. Everything you need is provided and more. Easy communication with owner who is on site. Would gladly stay again.

Hilltop Vista
Wonderful quiet setting overlooking grassy rolling hills with Nogales on the horizon. Very clean; well-provisioned with extras travelers need like cooking oil, coffee, paper goods, etc. Robin is very responsive and helpful, even arranging for a dozen fresh eggs from a neighbor. We definitely hope to return!

Maybe best VRBO ever
Nothing I write can do this place justice. While the views are indescribable, so is the house itself and its host, Robin. Every room in the home is set up for views. The outside sitting areas are set up for views. The location is ten minutes from all the nature and hiking of Patagonia State Park and a half-hour from the arts community of Tubac. Walking is great right outside your door, too. The home is first rate. The rooms are furnished beautifully and are extremely comfortable. The showers are what you would experience in a five-star hotel. All the accoutrements - from coffee mugs, to appliances, to plates and silverware are the best I have seen in a VRBO. Robin is a tremendous host who puts her heart, and definitely her soul, into making guests feel welcome. We canā€™t wait to return next year.

Reset while Watching the Sun Set
This was the perfect place to reset with friends over glasses of wine and great conversation. You couldn't ask for a better view: sunsets, mountain shadows, and then distant glittering lights in the evening. The house is so clean and tastefully put together, and we all enjoyed the many thoughtful touches throughout. All our needs were anticipated, so we could simply just relax and enjoy one another. Thank you, Robin, for being such a generous host--we look forward to coming back!

Paradise
The property was even better than the pictures if you can believe it. Some fun surprises that aren't listed were a record player and records, so many blankets, games. Everything was so thoughtfully appointed - stocked kitchen gadgets, utensils, and basic condiments. The Patagonia Market has some great grocery store staples if you don't want to drive too far for a grocery store. I'm just in love w Birdsong and I plan on returning over and over again.

Peaceful Getaway
This was such a lovely property and was exactly what we were looking for in a spring break getaway. The house had all the amenities necessary for a great stay and the view is outstanding. The property is very close to Patagonia State Park which afforded great birding. We also visited the Sononita Preserve and were lucky enough to see a troop of Cotamundi! We hope to be back!

Nice Visit
We stayed for two weeks at Birdsong and had a great time. Our purpose for the visit was to ā€œliveā€ there to get to know the area. We explored extensively and it was always nice to come home in the evening to the peace that this house offered. We have no complaints and would stay again.

Heaven!
This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The house and location were better than pictured. The views and peacefulness are beyond anything that you could expect. It didn't matter if it was sunny or stormy, the show outside the huge windows was amazing. My husband, myself, and our 2 dogs found the house to be warm and cozy. Very well stocked and clean. Tons of hot water for showers. Our Cattledog finds it hard to relax in new places. She picked one of the many dog beds as hers. She melted and was so content. They both loved all the smells and different places to walk. Can't wait to come back in the summer to try out the cowboy pool. Robin, thank you for sharing this with us!

Amazing Property
There is good, there is great and then their is absolutely AMAZING. Robin's place is perfect in every way. You walk through the door and leave all your cares behind. Everything you would ever want is right there waiting for you to enjoy and savor. The Sunset and Sunrises are the most beautiful in Arizona. You can walk out your door and hike for miles without ever seeing a Soul. I loved the place so much I booked it two more times this year. I have stayed in lots of beautiful places in this area but nothing compares to Birdsong AZ.

Vistas for Miles...
Choked out by trees where we live in New England, we were dying for some desert landscapes and mountain views. We were also looking for a place where our family could chill and soak up some sunsets and just be together and enjoy each other's company. Robin's house delivered, and then some. The house, furnishings, and bedding are high quality (three kings, and I've never slept so well), and the kitchen is stocked with all of the kitchen ware you need to cook a nice meal. The cowboy pool is adorable, and the pool platform is a perfect place to watch the sun go down. Locals in Patagonia are very nice and the saloon serves up a good margarita. What more could anyone want, honestly? Highly recommend. Very peaceful. Would love to go back one day.

Clean and comfortable
My family (kids aged 5 and 8) had a very nice spring break stay in this cute little house. The place is tastefully decorated with a mid-centuryish sort of aesthetic. The kitchen was well equipped and well stocked. If you love your coffee, there's a french press, a moka pot, AND a Keurig (which we used) AND the owner provides ground coffee (which we did not use). The granola was quite good. The beds were nice and comfy, and the climate control was good. We were there during sort of strange weather - windy and chilly for late march. Unfortunately, that meant that we did not spend very much time on the patio, which was a shame. The house sits up on a hill with a view south across the rolling hills into Sonora, with the Patagonia mountains to the east and Nogales off to the west. The view at night was nice. You forget, sometimes, that Nogales, Son. is a huge city, and its lights were very pretty at night. The House is private - it's right against the private road that leads in to the property, but this road carries essentially no traffic, and its a quite a long way from the owner's home, and the two other units, which are along a long driveway heading south. The owner checked in once by text, but otherwise we were given our space. The House is about a 10 minute drive into Patagonia Lake State Park (which we enjoyed), maybe 12 minutes into Patagonia, and maybe 15-20 minutes into Nogales. We had a very nice time rockhounding in the area, hiking out at the lake, and just enjoying a change of scenery. I highly recommend.
