Hotel is average. I only ate at the bar and the food wasn’t seasoned. They have happy hour twice a day but only for a good each time. They have complimentary dessert and appetizers each day , heads up it isn’t the ice cream, you have to ASK what those free items are. There are only two floors, the pool is right in the middle of the hotel. Check in is at 4:00 and they did not budge on that. The hotel is walkable to the main area and to the beach. There is also a shuttle that goes round trip to the beach. The staff was helpful.

Stiff, not chilled, not generous, boring, regimented as an institution without soul, well located, no celebrations per say just practice rituals, good breakfast, meals at restaurant at night not conducive to quality expected and staff overworked so much that customers are neglected and irritated by huge delays and food not presented at its prime. Breakfast staff were professional and efficient as well as welcoming. Room cleaning service sucked. New Years Eve was just formulated and not interesting. This place is needy of emotions. On one occasion one young male bartender was yawning, it seemed on purpose in our face and untrained in the art. On another night the older bar tender was fun and wanted to please, refreshing. This is an honest review, do not expect this to represent Aruba.

Great location, walking distance to Palm beach, Eagle beach, Butterfly farm. It is close to downtown for food, nightlife and shopping yet away from the noise and crowd to relax, unwind in a quiet and peaceful setting. You can see the big tall Riu palace hotel in the background from the hotel. Nice size room with a sitting area and balcony. Good selection for breakfast. Lovely pool, lounge area, Feel right at home for comfort. Be aware of the night club next door, it could get loud at night. AC in the room is loud. Had to turn it off some times to get a break from the noise. Overall, we like the hotel and enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is a shuttle drive away from the beach. It’s only a short drive, however, there are no bathrooms available for the guests to use on the beach. Therefore, guests end up going back and forth. There are many restaurants within walking distance from the hotel which is a plus. The staff is friendly. The hotel itself is very nice and kept clean. The lunch selections at the pool restaurant are good. The breakfast could be better. It’s very repetitive.

The hotel rooms smelled like piss. When we ran the water the The water smell like piss the sheets, the bed smell like piss , we had to move to another room, however Those sheets smell like pissed too we slept in the chairs. Because everywhere was booked up. When we brought this to the front desk attention. The lady never blinked and I she knew exactly what I was talking about, so this must be something common.. So when we walk around the premises we noticed that The sewage was right behind the building It was uncovered unfiltered and it was horrible! The restaurant Was understaffed and we waited about an hour before we got Appetizers the waiter ignored us totally! We looked around and Saw that the crowd was very low and didn't understand why the service was terrible at the bar.. Yes, everyone was friendly and engaging. It was just the 1st day of service at that bar, the food was not good. Although the beaches were amazing the The new year was amazing as well I was very displeased with the rooms and the water smelling Like piss !

Some bar staff were very slow. Gratuity is on all checks but they don’t tell you. The outside grounds aren’t very welcoming as the sewage smell is a bit much. Rooms stayed nice and clean and good food in restaurant.

Very clean rooms. Nice big shower. Good shows on TV. Comfortable beds. Pool and jacuzzi very nice. Wifi strong. Wished the pool towels were bigger. No concierge to help with taxi. Only one restaurant on site with same breakfasts menu entrust. Overall great value.

Hotel was great. Located very close to shopping and dining. Special shout out to Rosie, Miguel, Byron & Vanessa. Was not all inclusive but free apps during the day were available, free 1min shuttle to beach and much more.
