Great place to stay! Great beachfront property, clean, affordable, centrally located, and good shops in hotel and outside restaurants and shops are right across the street. Only disappointment was the pools close at 7pm which is wayyyyy too early. Otherwise, AMAZING RESORT.

Stayed before in Holiday Inn but this time was different due to Airport being shut down on August 9th due to floodall of hotels were notified there was no oncoming or outgoing airplanes that day I arrived on the 10th the hotel canceled my stay and made my wait till 4pm on the 10th to check into my room and the receptionist was like I can’t do nothing for you like come on I paid for my room how can u give someone my room SHAME ON YOU HOLIDAY INN will not ever use cheep tickets or Holiday Inn

Holiday Inn is an AMAZING place to stay. We've stayed here twice and enjoyed it each time. Beautiful hotel, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Holiday Inn is within walking distance to the mall, all the shopping and restaurants are only a 5-minute walk. Only a 5–15 minute walk to snorkeling excursions. The beach is on site at the hotel. It's very clean, safe, comfortable beds. My opinion, it's the BEST hotel in Aruba.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba with two friends, and our experience was disappointing, especially for the price. While the beachfront location is beautiful, several issues tainted our stay. The hotel caters heavily to families, which is fine unless you're seeking a quiet retreat. Our spa visit was rushed, with moldy-smelling towels and no body soap—a basic oversight that was surprising. Our Sea Tower room was also underwhelming. The view was partially obstructed, and the other side faced a parking lot, where morning noise from trucks disturbed us. The air conditioning mysteriously turned off at night, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. Adding to our discomfort, our room was next to a beach club where loud music blared until 2 AM, even earplugs couldn’t block it out. The ice machine on our floor was also out of order, which was inconvenient. The Sea Tower hallway had a persistent, unpleasant odor for two days, reminiscent of a dirty diaper—a smell that lingered far too long for a hotel of this caliber. Breakfast was another letdown. The omelette station, typically a highlight, was staffed by someone who was rude to guests, which was not the welcoming start to the day we had hoped for. While the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba has potential, its prime location is overshadowed by the numerous issues we encountered. We hope management addresses these concerns to provide a better experience for future guests.

The hotel is in a great location to all the shops and restaurants. The sliding doors are old and should be replaced. Cleaning staff did a nice job.

This was a wonderful experience and an even better place for our family to stay on our first trip to Aruba. We will be back to stay here again! We had our flights cancelled and had to stay an additional 4 nights. They were accommodating and easy to work with. Thank you!
