The grounds around the property were beautiful. The hallways in the hotel going into the rooms are out dated and dark.

Overall great experience. Our room was clean, bathroom clean. Housekeeping did a good job. The location, I think is perfect. Shops restaurants across street, beach and pool behind you. I think the gazebos need to be upgraded, and perhaps another lunch option for the pool area. But will go back!!!

From start to finish, whenever we were in need of anything, someone was there to assist with a smile and great attitude. Sometimes, the staff knew what we were going to ask before asking. Very polite and informative. Came to Aruba for sun and relaxation and got exactly that.

I really enjoyed my stay. Would have rated it a five, however myself and another party paid for oceanview. She did not get oceanview and no accomidatiobs was made. I prob wont stay there again because management was very rude.

Staff was amazing, right on the beach so beautiful. The food was good. The only two downsides were the cockroaches in my room and the pool closing at 7pm. I know the island is known to have cockroaches but for the money you spend, I would expect them to have a cleaner property.

Thank you to the housekeepers to the waitresses and waiters to the housemen to the security guys and the rest of the staff for making our stay a memorable one, your kindness and hospitality doesn’t go unnoticed. You work hard and with pride and it shows! Amazing food at Sea Breeze restaurant. Palm beach has everything to offer, such a beautiful beach! The hotel needs love it is a bit outdated but you can tell the employees work hard to keep up with it which is sad because the owners should appreciate what they have! This hotel is truly is a gem, so much potential! PRIME location, loyal employees, safe, amazing food and drinks! It’s great! I can’t wait to be back next year! The property had a lot of amenities and was well kept. The staff was excellent and responsive to any needs. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants in the area. Beautiful beach area.

I am writing to share my feedback and suggestions based on my recent stay at Holiday Inn Aruba, which marked my third consecutive year visiting your esteemed establishment. Having previously enjoyed my stay, my decision to return to Holiday Inn was an easy one, given the pleasant experiences I have had in the past. However, after my recent visit, I believe it may be time for some modest upgrades to enhance the overall guest experience. My suggestions for potential improvements include changing the carpet to tiles, refreshing the paintwork, upgrading the restrooms, and providing new towels. These subtle enhancements could contribute to further elevating the comfort and satisfaction of guests during their stay at Holiday Inn Aruba. I would like to reiterate that my feedback is intended to be constructive and stems from my genuine appreciation for the wonderful moments I have had at your hotel. Despite these minor suggestions, my affection for Aruba and Holiday Inn remains steadfast. Holiday inn aruba
Everything was fine except the rooms are outdated. Very limited pool service and entertainment during the day. At night there was live music in the lobby which was nice. Not a bad place to stay but showing its age.
