The apartment is located on the upper floor of a two-family house and has a separate entrance. The cozy upper apartment has been renovated and equipped with new modern furniture.
The approximately 60sqm apartment consists of a romantic bedroom, living room with comfortable sofa bed to unfold, a spacious bathroom with window, modern shower without access and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. The premises are all bright and friendly.
In front of the front door is a cozy covered seating area with a table, which you can use even in bad weather as a smoking area.
The fenced adjacent garden invites you to relax. There is a large self-built barbecue, sitting areas, sun loungers and a wooden garden swing. Of course, your four-legged friend is welcome and may use the garden to play and romp.

Waren zu zweit da mit Hund. Sehr süße und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Es war alles sehr sauber, so hat man sich direkt wohl gefühlt.Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Wer harte Matratzen mag,ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Es waren schöne Tage in der liebevoll eingerichteten und sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin ist eine herzliche Hundeliebhaberin, die unsere Hunde auch sehr mochten. In der Umgebung gibt es alles, was man an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants braucht, zum schönen Hundestrand sind es nur 3 Auto Minuten. Es war einfach perfekt! Gerne wieder!

Für die Teilnahme an Kursen der Sommerakademie ist die Wohnung gut geeignet, da man mit dem Fahrrad nur circa 5 Minuten zur KVHS fährt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und hell. Die. Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme sicherlich wieder.
