Ich bin sehr unzufrieden. Im Wohnzimmer gab es kein Licht. Die Fernsehprogramme waren nicht eingestellt, Die Schlafcouch hat nur nur gequietscht und war sehr unbequem. Hatte Nachbarn die nachts Partys auf dem Balkon gefeiert heben. Mir wurde eine Entschädigung versprochen, nichts mehr gehört!

Insgesamt alles okay … nur die Formulierung mit den 2 Schlafzimmern sehr ungünstig Denn es ist ein Wohnraum mit Schlafcouch und ein Schlafzimmer Sehr eng dann .. denn es bleibt nur eine kleine Küche die zur Nutzung von allen dann genutzt werden kann Sollte besser formuliert werden

Schönes Appartement in topp Lage
Das Appartement ist wunderbar für einen Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage. Dazu gibt es einen schönen Balkon. Leider hat die Kommunikation GAR NICHT funktioniert. Wir bekamen nach der Buchung keine Information zum CheckIn - weder auf unsere Nachricht, noch auf eine SMS, noch ging jemand an die angegebene Mobilnummer. Wir waren deshalb nicht sicher, ob die Buchung überhaupt geklappt hat. Mit Koffern vor verschlossener Haustür wussten dann die super nettten beiden Mädels von der Waffelbäckerei daneben, dass wir beim einzigen Namen im Haus läuten sollten. Ab dem Moment hat dann wieder alles gepasst. Diese Information wäre von Vermieterseite schön gewesen, dann hätte es durchgehend 5 Sterne gegeben.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Fernseher ohne Empfang, keine Kommunikation war möglich. Die Betreuerin im Haus war sehr nett, aber konnte nicht alles verstehen. Das Sofa war sehr abgenutzt, es gab keinen Staubsauger, keinen Besen usw. Gute Lage im Zentrum. Insgesamt durchaus empfehlenswert !

Gute Lage
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und für zwei Personen empfehlenswert. Leider war zum Check In niemand da und da wir keine Telefonnummer des Vermieters hatten standen wir mit Gepäck in der Fußgängerzone rum. Zum Glück kamen andere Mieter und hatten eine Telefonnummer der Dame die sich um das Objekt kümmert. Die kam dann nach 15 Minuten und schickte uns nochmal weg, da die Wohnung nicht fertig sei. Kein guter Start. Empfehlenswert, die Dame im Café Meerwaffel nebenan, die sich um uns gekümmert hat.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Alle Erledigungen sowie der Strand sind in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich. Und man konnte die leckeren Waffeln von unten drunter direkt mit an den Strand nehmen.

Schwieriger Kontakt zur Vermietung. Sehr saubere Wohnung im 2.OG. Es fehlte eine herkömmliche Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher. Ansonsten eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit schönen Balkon über den Dächern von Norderney!

Fast alles da.....
Schöne FW, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die sehr zentrale Lage in der Fußgängerzone hat viele Vorteile. Der Wohnung fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie z.B einen Wasserkocher. Tischsets wären empfehlenswert, ein Pfannenwender aus Kunstsoff und vielleicht eine kleine Willkommens-Mappe mit ein paar Infos, z.B wo die Mülltonnen sind u.ä. Aber das sind nur ein paar Beobachtungen, meinen Wohlfühlfaktor hat das nicht beeinträchtigt.

Sehr schöne, saubere und geräumige Wohnung. Großer Balkon mit Couch, Sessel und Sonnenschirm. Wohung befindet sich in der 2. Etage. Sehr viele Ablageflächen (Schrankfächer/-schubladen) im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer. Neue Küche mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Spülmaschine. Kein Wasserkocher, dafür inzwischen mit WLAN ;-) Keine "Wäscheleine" auf dem Balkon zum trocknen der Badesachen - vielleicht einpacken :-) Wohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen !
