The hotel was very nice and had a great breakfast but the outdoor pool was closed, assuming it was from the storm but nothing was posted online, I would have moved venues since I have 2 kids. I have joint issues and need to exercise before the day gets started and the fitness center was closed 2 days of my 3 day stay, again, if it was on their website before my visit I would have booked another place.

We had a great time. The breakfast was delicious. The coffee machine in the lobby was wonderful. They have a citrus shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The towels had some stains, but nothing unsanitary. Honestly looked like someone tried to clean the sand off their shoes and it scuffed the towels. Overall a great time.

Check in was difficult, person was very nice, however accent made it very hard to understand and when i asked for them to repeat information they got mad and spoke even faster. Room still had last guests trash in it, hair in shower, flies in kitchen area. Only coffee available was decaf and when i asked for some regular at the desk i was told they didnt have any. But the guy was already mad from before so who knows. Kitchen area was extremely used looking.

This place sucks.
This place was terrible got there around 230 pm room wasn't ready checkin was 4 we understood that. But didn't get the call that our room was ready till 6 pm Got in room it wasnt very clean had what looked like blood stains on walls and shower curtain. Tv in front didn't work well kept loosing signal. No blanket on bed had to go to front desk for one. They said it summer time that why there wasnt one. Asked for clean towels never got any. There for 3 days room was never serviced. Phone in room didnt even work. The soap in the shower was empty told them never got tended to. Also all hours of the night you could hear doors slaming. Asked to upgrade rooms was told couldn't because we booked through 3rd party.

Positive: - The beach - the staff. Negative: - There is garbage everywhere. The parking lot is filthy, forks, bags, papers, cigarette butts just laying around. The same with the beach, there were empty beer cans, beer bottle caps, cigarette butts and even a gas container just laying there. - There is a smell. Our first room had a moldy smell that was unbearable. They moved us to the second floor that also had a musty smell. Plus our neighbors burnt their pizza and the smell invaded our room. - The area is not a vacation area. A few blocks away we didn’t feel safe. - I wasted hours of our vacation trying to talk to Expedia and the hotel manager to approve a refund for the days we didn’t stay. We only stayed 2 days in our 5 day reservation.

I was not made aware of renovations occurring in the main lobby. The door slamming and dog barking was not a comfortable experience nor did it allow for a peaceful rest. The dinning area was a bit cramped during breakfast with minimal space to maneuver from station to station. The environment was a bit shady.

We reserve and pay in advance a room with ocean view and balcony, but when we check in, they give me a regular room, with no view to the Ocean, the rey the receptionist give me the room is no pet friendly, this people they don't care about how much money you pay , we paid around $1650 for one week, and we get a regular room much cheaper, and no credit or refund for the difference of price.

It was a nice place to stay , loved that it was only a few feet away from the beach. And the pool is right outside you have the option. But what i didnt like was i asked for the room to get cleaned and they would skip the room. In my 4 day stay i went to the office 6x and asked when would they go. They never went. I had to go to the office to get new fresh towels and ask for other stuff for the room.
