A lot of people just hanging around the walkways, puddle of water in the whole ways after the rain, no one tried to mopped, was wet for 2 days, bugs crawling, old or very dirty towels, we went to Walmart & get our own towels, Floor was so dirty, I used there towel to clean the floor, Sorry it was really bad,

To start we checked in at night so on the way to the room it was quite creepy… straight out of a horror movie it was very dim could barely see where I was going and the layout was confusing. we were put into a room where the deadbolt doesn’t work properly and in the creepiest part of the hotel. We asked for another room which they were nice to give us but it was smaller than what we had booked and they didn’t offer any apologies or refund us the difference for the room. Once we arrived to the second room it looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned before giving us the room. The sheets had cigarette burns and the room smelled like someone had just smoked a whole pack of cigarettes. There were crumbs everywhere, the fridge was disgusting? It had a red splatter on the outside of it and smelled rancid inside. The bathroom had stains and hair all over the place. So once you get over all the things in the dirty room there are people screaming and fighting the whole night outside the door lol. Overall I do not recommend, the location is great but the place is very ran down and lacked a sense of security.

Shady area but overall felt safe enough. Floors must not get mopped, feet completely black after 5 minutes. We did not experience the holes in floors or sagging other people mentioned in their reviews. I just didn’t appreciate waiting at the counter for service while 3 of them stood outside smoking…

First off the photos online are nothing like what the rooms look like. They were much more dilapidated. There were bubbled up parts of the floor as well as soft spots. The bed was very uncomfortable, very few lights, and the air conditioner unit was held up by a car jack. The parking lot had tons of trash and screws laying around. We decided to leave a day early and the manager called my husband a liar because he didn’t clearly hear the room number even though we repeated it multiple times and had to get the parking pass for him to understand. And then told me I gave him the wrong number. Honestly one of the worst stays I’ve booked.

The one room they tried phtting us in, the door looked like it had been messed with. Pushed it and had a gap in it could see through the door, but the door was still locked. Card wouldnt unlock the door. Asked for another room. Toom right beside it. The room had a hole in the floor. My husband almost fell in it multiple times. We had to place a chair over it. Other soft spots in the floor. The wall in the bathroom was disgusting. Had stuff running down it. The tub wasnt clean near around the side at the back. The tv and lights over the sink and in the bathroom kept going off. Definitely will not be styaing here again. Waste of money, Wish i could get it back. Took pics as well. (Room 200 and 201) asked for towels from the cleaner that was 2 rooms down. Said she couldnt give us any.. like???
