Family- friendly place cozy to enjoy it has an outside balcony with the swing first floor as well as the grille to cookout downstairs, nice living room large smart tv with an electric fire place all newly equipped, ''beach side'' private just a minute walk to the fantastic bay beach ideal for the beach-lover looking for a cost-friendly option to vacation. which makes it great safer for families and kids to relax allowing to spend good quality time even for the honeymooners, meantime if you like fishing or having a nice meal on the water this pier is very close by , grocery store.....etc .you can also go visit or spend time at virginia beach is near by driving .We are pet friendly and offer the following amenities:3 Smart TVs , High Speed WiFi, Off-Street Parking, Full Kitchen with Stove.

Smoking is not allowed inside, however we are perfectly fine with it outside on the deck or porch.

This is a family enterprise and as such we are happy to offer our home to families and smaller groups that are traveling or seeking to enjoy our beautiful beaches. No parties are allowed or tolerated. We do have neighbors close by and everyone is entitled (by law) to the "quiet enjoyment" of their homes - including you as our guest. Please respect your neighbors. Any parties will be immediately shut down and evicted with the full forfeiture of all monies paid as well as the security deposit.
