I was disappointed because the websute for hotel. Com shows this was not pet friendly and because i preferred not to stay in those places fury animals causes me sneezing

A/c didn’t work. Had to change our room the first night and A/C still didn’t work in the room. Found someone’s press on nail on the floor. Hair in the shower. Trash in the parking lot.

The room and bathroom area was disgusting and smelled like chemicals and pot smoke, even though it claimed to be smoke free. Noisy all night long with people on the hallways slammed by doors at all hours. Lobby smelled like wet dog. Elevators and hallways were dirty. The AC was set to 65 degrees and it was still hot in my room. Glad I was only there long enough to kind of sleep and catch my 5am flight. The only positive about this place is the location is walking distance to food places.

The hotel bed was equivalent to sleeping on the floor. The second night we saw a bug in the room, and stained sheets. Had to ask for more towels and was questioned "you need more towels?" (3 people for 2 days, so yes we do). Breakfast was bad, and the pool is open 12-8 indoor pool with a chlorine floater for the chemicals. The pool was disgusting. There are signs plastered no smoking, no vaping, and no marijuana*. The entire building reeked of pot.

Upon entering the room, there was a very unpleasant odor. I'm guessing its the cleaning products, because the same smell (although not present in hallway) was in two additional rooms that were recommended. Hallway carpet was heavily worn with ragged edges where the carpet met the vinyl flooring (trim moldings were missing). The faucet handle of the sink was not secured and would come off when using and shower was a plastic capsule reminiscent from the 1980s. No wonder there were no photos of the shower included on the website. I found the staff to be courteous and professional, but a little young and inexperienced. This hotel is located near the entrance of the Premium Outlets is in a good neighborhood with nice food options in walking distance. But the inside of the hotel does not live up to aesthetics, standards and expectations of the neighborhood. This hotel is severely dated and is in desperate need of a make over.
