The staff were nice enough but the website leads you to believe there was going to be a hot tub that was accessible for families and that is incorrect. We wouldnt have stayed here had we known.

We stayed for two nights when we visited friends and this hotel was a great place to rest. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was amazing! No fake eggs - the real ones! Along with fruit, pancakes, french toast and made-to-order omelets. Very pleased and will stay again!

Hotel is very clean and staff friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety. Ample free parking. Our room was very small-especially the bathroom. Early in the morning, we could hear multiple doors to other rooms slamming shut making it impossible to sleep in. Also, could hear people talking in the hallways.

Check In was average. Room little less than average, bathroom was dated and certainly did not meet CA ADA compliance. First morning was awoken to large heavy equipment operating out our window. After breakfast at 9am went to front desk for a pen. At front desk there was a typed memo stating that water was being shut off at 9am that morning for entire day. Property management had just learned the night before but did not think of notifying guests, their notification was the 2 typed memos at front desk. Apparently the gym showers were working. My daughter was in room showing, luckily we were able to shower, either we got in early enough or water was never shut off because upon check out the next day, there was another memo at front desk. The bar and food staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Food from bar and buffet was really good as well.

Service at check in was excellent and fast. Excellent breakfast and nice shop downstairs. My only complaint was the dust around light fixtures and is an older hotel. So carpet or flooring could be updated.
