Villa 'Maison Familiale Proche Nantes' with Private Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

We offer you our family home in Nort-sur-Erdre with swimming pool and large 1800m² garden.
Beautiful late 18th-century manor house, with all the charm of the past: it's important to note that we're gradually renovating the house ourselves, so some rooms are still in their original state.
5 rooms for a total of 10 people: 1 bedroom with double bed and single extra bed (sleeps 3), 1 bedroom with adult bed (sleeps 2), 1 children's bedroom with 1 adult single bed and 1 child single bed (thinner mattress) (sleeps 2), 1 bedroom with 1 single adult bed (sleeps 1), 1 bedroom with 1 child's bed (small mattress), 1 extra double sofa in the lounge or in one of the bedrooms (2 extra beds), 1 baby cot on request.
- Ideal location: 30 min from Nantes ring road (or tram-train: 40 min), 1 h from the first beaches, 1h15 from Puy du Fou.
60 m from a small harbor overlooking the lovely Erdre River, 10 min walk from the first shops, 12 min by bike from the Nantes-Brest Canal.
- Kayak and paddle available (for sailing on the Erdre).
- Pool-house with exercise bikes and rowing machine
- Large trampoline

Please note: We do not provide bed linen.

Children are welcome, we leave some games and books available (we have 3 children under 10).

To preserve the family atmosphere of the neighborhood, we prefer families.
No parties, our neighbors will let us know.
