Exceptional Stay at Red Roof Inn
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Red Roof Inn and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. Even with new tech for checking in I’ve never seen before. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with nice-quality toiletries. The attention to detail in both the room and throughout the hotel really made a difference. Also first time trying an Air Fryer microwave, pretty cool. Overall, my experience at Red Roof was nothing short of outstanding. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, top-notch stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so memorable! We loved the front desk workers and the cleaning crew were just as great.

No person on duty to check in, just a robot with a screen customer service person. Room smelled like smoke, no comfortable furniture, no carpet, electrical outlets conduit ran along the walls. Felt very dirty and unsafe. Cancelled and got a refund, had to find another hotel late at night.

The room smelled. The fridge was damaged. The clerk attempted to trick me to pay for an “upgrade” with a microwave and fridge. The room already had both. Damaged walls. Ran out of towels.

This was the most CLEAN hotel ive ever stayed at and the staff were amazing accommodating and awesome to my daughter they gave her a snack bag and one staff member even got in on our game of hallway red light green light would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and very family friendly

Check with kiosk was a hassle. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The soap Etc dispensers either did not work or didn't work well. Staff were very helpful when we had to check out early.
