The hotel needs improvement in its sound proofing. We could hear every conversation, every door close, traffic from outside as well as showers in other rooms. It made sleeping impossible. Also our room never received any housekeeping or any explanation as to why it didn’t happen. I cannot recommend this hotel.

For the $550.00 for 2 nights, i was disappointed with the size of the room and the dated appearance. The remote for the TV did not work, the bathroom door didnt lock. I stay close to downtown Ottawa for less cost and more amenities

The hotel worked for our stay of a couple days, but we wouldn't go back. The video quality of the tv in the room was unclear; the screen was filled with static. One of the lamps in our room did not work. There was no screen on the window so we did not want to open it to get fresh air. The lampshades in the room were dirty. The room and property as a whole are in need of some investment from the company to modernize it and address the areas where upkeep has lapsed.

Not a terrible stay but overpriced for a bed in a room with very dated furniture and a fuzzy tv from 2008. Customer service was great with each staff member I came across.
