This duplex unit features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and a half bath attached to the primary bedroom. It is conveniently located near the North Charleston Coliseum and PAC, CHS airport, I-526 and I-26. This central location is great for getting around the Charleston area. Within 15 minute drives, you can be in downtown, West Ashley, Park Circle, Daniel Island, or Summerville.

Very clean, very thoughtfully-equipped home!
The house was spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated. It felt very roomy and it was nice that there were so many large closets, so that we could put our things away.The house was exceptionally well furnished, the owner included anything you would need. There were toiletries in the bathroom in case you forgot anything. In the kitchen there was a keurig as well as a coffeemaker, and she had left both kinds of coffee, which is so thoughtful. There were games in the living room and a water dish and mat for the dog.The location was very convenient, it was a close and easy drive to downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. We were tired one night, and found a BBQ restaurant (Jim 'N Nicks Bar-B-Q) that had a drive-up, only a few minutes away,so that was very convenient, there were also lots of stores and places to eat in that area.The only negative is that the road behind the house is a bit noisy, however the owner was upfront with this in the listing, so it wasn't a surprise and is certainly not within her control.The neighbors in the house next door were a bit loud, but again, that is not within her control, and the rest of the neighborhood was very nice and we felt very comfortable taking our dog for walks in the neighborhood. If we return to the area, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this home and give it a well-deserved 5 star rating!

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for us and our dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. The rental was clean and very cozy. The dogs really enjoyed running off energy in the fenced in yard.

House was centrally located and within a 40 min drive to any of the key points the Charleston area has to offer. The host supplied everything and anything i could have ever asked for including coffee and creamer, dog bowls to ear plugs. Fenced in yard was great for our pups.

Perfect space for our family to visit.
We came to Charleston to enjoy the Feminist Magic Market with our grandaughter. This unit is very clean, very comfortable and a very convenient location. Our host had many small details that added a welcoming environment. Great kitchen with everything you might need. We cooked several meals so that was perfect. Hope we can stay there agsin.

Madrona Cottage B
Excellent property! We came to Charleston for a baseball tournament and this location was perfect for our family of 3. The place was spotless and you can tell the owner took great care in cleaning and preparing for their guests. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed during our stay. Bathrooms were super clean and there were plenty of towels available to use. As far as the interior, the place was decorated so nice and the beds were comfortable. The owner put some small bottles of water on each night stand which was a nice touch and there are power strips on the night stands, giving you plenty of places to charge the things you need through the night. The backyard is fenced in, and divided from the other property next to it, giving you privacy if other guests are in the adjoining unit. We will definitely be staying here again the next time weā€™re in Charleston! Thank you for providing a pleasant stay!

Loved this property, clean nicely appointed and clean. Rosi was a great communication, check in and check out are easy. House was super cute inside and the backyard was convenient for our small dog to stretch her legs! Location was convenient to everything youā€™d want to do and see. Great location to Charleston Airport
Host was awesome, one of the best we've had. Very responsive to all questions, even allowed us to check-in early. Property had everything we needed for the week and the beds were very comfortable. Great location for airport, Joint Base Charleston, and Tanger Outlets. Very nice neighborhood. Would recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Worked out well with our dog. Only drawback was backing up to a major road so it was a bit noisy for hanging in the backyard. A few neighboring houses were vacant, but it appears they are getting refurbished. Overall great for a few nights stay.

Gem in North Charleston
This rental was exceptionally clean. Especially for a property that allows dogs. Which was a godsend for us because we have two! Check-in and out processes were amazingly seamless and the unit itself was extremely convenient for us to get to any and everything we needed for a week long stay. I know people can have reservations about North Charleston but we felt extremely safe and comfortable at this rental. We would absolutely stay again anytime we're in Charleston. Thank you so much for a really comfortable week away from home!!

Excellent little cottage
We chose this house due to the ability to take our dogs and the fenced yard. Although itā€™s a duplex, the yard is fenced down the middle to separate the yards, so it worked fine for our pets. Itā€™s also a quiet neighborhood to walk the dogs in. The house is absolutely lovely and the host provided anything you could possibly want; very accommodating. Would definitely stay again, if we had the need to visit Charleston again.

Beautifully decorated and squeaky clean
We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked into this home. Everything (and more) is provided for a comfortable stay. The home is very clean and beautifully decorated. The host was immediately responsive when I reached out to her. If you are a light sleeper, we recommend sleeping in the smaller bedroom as we were not able to hear any traffic in that room. Great location - it only took us 20 minutes to get downtown. Highly recommend!

Adorable Duplex
My family and I stayed here for an event going on at the convention center. We had a great time! Positives: The house is newly renovated and looks great. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. They supply you with all the things you need and a few extra items that you may forget (toothbrush, floss, shampoo, soap, etc). The house is in a great location for the outlets, convention center, downtown and itā€™s not too far from the beaches. The check in and out process was super easy. The house is wonderful for pets. I loved that it had a fenced in backyard. The owner also provided dog bowls and poop bags. The house was stocked with bath towels and beach towels. Negatives: The house backs up to a very busy road and there is a fire department just down the road. Iā€™m a light sleeper and even wearing earbuds didnā€™t block the sounds from outside. If youā€™re like my husband who could sleep through anything, then this wonā€™t bother you. Lastly, I wish it had a 2nd bath. However, we made it work for our family of 4. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient property
Very clean nicely appointed, appliances work kitchen is stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Lots of blankets and pillows games lightning fast, Internet, and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay and found it very convenient to every place we need to go. The stoplight around the corner was very helpful. The busy street behind us was noisy at times but it didnā€™t seem to bother us very much.
