The home is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom 1984 square feet house. Huge backyard, screened in porch area and a wood deck on the side with propane grill. This neighborhood is very quiet and is filled with older neighbors and families.
Note: This property is close to the airforce base so you may hear the revele in the morning and taps at night. Not super loud but worth mentioning

Other things to note

Pool: Pool and Gym: We have a relationship with a country club through which guests can book day passes. The gym is 14 minutes from the house or 7.1 miles away from the house. Please note: the admission to the club is NOT included in the booking price, bookings must be made in advance, and additional rules may apply.


A note on bugs: all our properties are renovated spaces, everything inside is new, and we have our properties treated for bugs on a recurring schedule by professionals. That being said, this is the Deep South, we are below sea level, and when temperatures change you may see a bug. Rest assured itā€™s a rare occurrence but itā€™s impossible to make a place 100% bug proof. Keeping doors and windows closed properly is a great step one to avoid this, and if you see anything you can call us, but seeing A bug will not be grounds for a refund.

The layout of the house was perfect for us. Large family room, dining room and kitchen all with open floor plan. Some deferred maintenance, but did not detract from our stay. We really appreciated the Keurig coffee and gas cook top.

Everything was great! Very clean and had all we needed from kitchen supplies to bathroom supplies. Quiet area and well groomed property. I just recommend patience when getting on main road as itā€™s across from the Air Force base and thereā€™s a lot of traffic but people were polite and let you in so be patient.šŸ˜‰

This home is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and has all the conveniences you may want while staying at a vacation rental. It is clear that the host cares for the property and also cares quite intently for the people staying in the property. I would highly recommend this to other families seeking a great location near Charleston. It is minutes away from the outlet mall and hundreds of different restaurants. Only a quick 20 minute ride into the city to see everything Charleston has to offer. Great place for a weekend in the city with the kids. Lots of room to stretch out and the house was very clean. Good water pressure in the showers. Didnā€™t hear any airplane or dog noises, but we did hear a bugle one morning that sounded like it was waking up a camp nearby. Would stay here again.

The house was very clean and well stocked and a short drive to downtown. The only negatives were the nearby Air Force base wake up call every morning and only 1 full size bathroom, but nothing that the owners can help. Overall great location for a great price compared to the other listings I viewed. I would definitely stay here again if I was back in the area!
