Your vacation home sits in a quiet mountain setting, just minutes from dozens of popular NC/NH spots. The two-story floor plan includes 4 bedrooms plus a 5th loft bedroom, which can comfortably accommodate 12 people. People have also used couches on the two lower levels for additional space. Enjoy a full kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, and large skylights, and a large basement with pool, ping pong table, TV, and arcade game.

This lovely home is located within the outer limits of White Mountain National Forest, and is just minutes away from dozens of popular attractions including Cranmore Mountain Resort, Settlers' Green Outlet Village, Kangamagus Highway, Kahuna Laguna water park, Conway Scenic Railroad, Cathedral Ledge, Saco River, Hale's Location Golf Course, and Mount Washington Observatory. Story Land, Santa's Village, and many other popular ski resorts, golf courses, and other attractions are just a short drive away as well!

Amenities include a full kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, pool table, and numerous large windows and skylights for easy viewing of the beautiful mountain surroundings. The house has cable and several TVs for viewing, and is also equipped with wireless internet service for your use. In addition to a large outdoor hot tub (cleaned and serviced regularly), please enjoy our spacious backyard, equipped with a large deck, gas grill, outdoor furniture, and fire pit. A washer and dryer are also available (free of charge) so you won't need to do a bunch of laundry after returning home from your vacation.

Our home is yours for the duration of your rental. Enjoy it as your own, and please treat it with love and care so that we many continue to use it with our families and share it with yours for many years to come!

The neighborhood is wonderful... While you are just a few miles from countless activities, shops, and restaurants, the neighborhood is quiet. The streets are perfect for taking a peaceful bike ride or walk with loved ones.

We enjoyed this home
Our stay was amazing. The house was perfect size and location. It was everything it was listed as. The only one this was it could have been cleaner. The floors were not clean. This will not stop us from staying again. We will definitely be returning.

House needs TLC and minor repairs
The house has great potential but I was disappointed by the condition of the property compared to the rental cost. Specifically, large areas of popcorn ceiling coming down in the bedroom over the garage, rotting deck boards, 4 of 6 dining room chairs had broken spindles and a couple of the bar stools had cracked seats.Generally, needs painting due to normal wear and tear.Also, the dehumidifier in the basement overflowed and I dumped the reservoir.

We keep coming back!
This is our third time staying here, and we’re already looking forward to our next trip:) There is plenty of room for our group of eight to spread out and sleep comfortably. Every morning we start our day in town at Cafe Italia (highly recommend!) and end it back in the hot tub at the house. Thank you for another week of memories!

Great long weekend with family
The house was perfect for our long weekend away with family! They had everything we needed — plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, and a big kitchen table for dinners and playing games (which they had a ton of!!). The hot tub was broken, which was a bummer, but the host told us right at check in and it was hotter than heck outside anyway so not prime weather for hot tub. To that end, the A/C worked great — an essential in the 90 degree heat!! We’re very grateful to have stayed here and will absolutely keep it top of the list for future trips.

Great stay for our two families!
We had such a great time and can’t wait to stay here again! We loved the game room when the kids went to bed at night. It was very clean, especially the hot tub. There was plenty of room for sleeping the 10 of us and the central air was great. Highly recommend this house!

College Friends getaway
Great property for a large group . We had 7 guys and had plenty room for playing cards , watching football , playing pool and ping pong in the basement game room . Could have slept a couple more comfortably . The Jacuzzi was a fantastic option for after skiing too . Bob was always quick to respond when we had questions , which were few and far between as this house is equipped with anything you might t need . Looking forward to coming back .

Finding a place for 10 of us with the right bed layouts and amenities is difficult every year. This was the perfect place! It's not a new build but that made it really comfortable, it was the perfect space for us. Hosts were easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Plenty of room set in a quiet neighborhood
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by woods. Overall, our stay was pleasant and there was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The check-in and check-out process was easy, the game room downstairs was a lot of fun, and the layout worked well for our group. The twin beds on the first floor were very uncomfortable and the linens (comforters, sheets and towels) could use some updating, as they were stained and smelled musty and old. With that said, the house is as described and we felt welcomed and comfortable in the space.

Great place for group shopping/relaxing weekend
Our group of 9 ladies found this house perfect for our shopping weekend. The house is super rental friendly. Light switches and cabinets/drawers labeled as to their function/contents. The large reflective "45" at the base of the driveway made finding the house so easy in the dark. The house had everything we needed and then some.

Easy check in. The home was welcoming but we found the property fairly clean but the kitchen pans, dishes, stove and oven very dirty. For some reason the alarm ran off at 10 pm for no reason then in the middle of our last night the fire detector beeped all night. We definitely cleaned before we left but I would suggest the cleaner pays more attention to her cleaning. I’m not sorry that I rented the property but it was a disappointment to see old meat on cookie sheets and grease on others. Thank you so much for renting to us. We also did not see a bottle of wine when we arrived.

The House That Saved Us From Rainy Days
You never know what kind of weather you’re going to deal with while on vacation in North Conway. In our case, we were met with days of torrential downpours that canceled several planned outdoor activities. If we had stayed in a hotel, this would’ve really put a damper on the week. Instead, our group of 7 with kids ranging from 11-16 had a BLAST during the rainy days using the fully stocked game room complete with pool table, ping pong table, full size arcade games, and dart board. The hot tub and fire pit outside was a bonus on the clear nights. Our kids especially liked movie nights on the gigantic TV. This is our second time renting this home and it has really become special to our family. Will definitely be booking again.

Our family had a great time on our vacation at this home. We were very comfortable with lots of space for visiting and playing. Perfect for Girls Weekend!
This house was perfect for our girls weekend! The owner was amazing with communication and checking in to ensure everything was perfect for us! Many things made it the perfect destination: the hot tub, fire place, huge game/puzzles selection, game room, pay it forward cabinets and fridge, and the amount of space/beds that were offered! Each room had a smart tv and extra pillows and blankets! and for girls, the fact that we had 3 full bathrooms was a plus!! I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Perfect place. Plenty of beds and comfortable bedding. We rode 200 miles each day and the hottub was great to relax. Only issues would be the ants and roaches need for a professional exterminator.

Great location for winter vacation
My spouse and 1 and three other couples had a blast at this property for our winter vacation. The house gas a great location just minutes away from downtown and the nearby ski mountains. The hot tub made for a nice amenity and the living room/kitchen Mde for a great hangout space. The check in process was very simple and overall we had a great time.

What an amazing place to stay! This property was clean, cozy and very comfortable. From the game room to the hot tub, fire pit and the very spacious kitchen and dinning area we had more than enough room to hang out and relax. The beds were very comfortable providing us a very restful sleep. And we were only minutes away from all the shopping and dinning. We would definitely stay here again!

Ladies weekend
We had a blast staying here. Loved the room set ups and the comfy beds. We did arrive a bit early and wasn't able to connect with the owner to see if we could check in (not complaining LOL) we did drive to the house and the housekeeper was just finishing up and she was THE BEST. We did chit chat with her and she said we could start bringing our stuff in. The game room was fabulous and the pay it forward fridge is a GREAT idea.
