PLEAS READ TO THE END Check-in went smoothly. Went to our room we were put in a section of the end that was obviously still under renovations, and our particular room was nasty with bugs and little gnats dead in the bathtub. This story does have a happy ending though. We got back from the hospital seeing our sick family. Member complained about the conditions and we upgraded to a beautiful room for this. We are grateful and thankful. And we were allowed to have a an extended check out because of our inconvenience. Great customer service great owners.

The king size bed was the most uncomfortable nights rest I have ever had. The mattress was super thin and every time you turned over the bed spring made a noise. The pillows that were provided were so thin and made my neck sore. I will never stay here again. This place needs to be updated. Complete waste of money

Check in was quick and the staff was pleasant. The room was a disappointment. The flooring near the bathroom was warped and the bathroom had patches on the wall like they started a project that they didn’t complete. The bedding linen is scratchy and uncomfortable. For one night it was sufficient but there are better options for similar cost.

We loved the New England charm, especially having the cute, friendly restaurant right there for breakfast. Beautiful, quiet, green, and close to Wickford Village and a reasonable drive to Newport.
