Life is better at the beach. Ocean view and just steps away from the beach. Our two story 3-bedroom 2.5 bath Townhouse in North Myrtle on Crescent beach. Our home offers a safe environment with no public areas such as elevators and lobbies. We have a professional cleaning crew between all vacationers. Private walkway and free parking for 2 vehicles. Relax at our home away from home. Grab your beach towel and the relaxing ocean is just a few steps away, no streets to cross. Our home is a great home to stay at and just sit back and relax or explore the beautiful South Carolina North Myrtle beach area. Fun times for family and friends at the beach and close to golf. Our unique property sits Perpendicular to the ocean (please see map and the photos, front of building is not facing ocean.). We are unit A of a private 5-unit townhouse, and we have also own Unit B under VRBO 2102194. You and your friends and family could rent both units and be right next door. We allow small dogs (less than 40 lbs) upon approval. Our beach townhome' offers total relaxation with 3 Bedroom (all on @nd floor) 2.5 bathrooms with 1,500 sq. ft. It is completely setup with all the comforts of home. We have central Air conditioning and heating. We have a complete kitchen fully stocked with tableware, cooking utensils, toaster and coffee maker. We have all new appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Dining room that seats 6 and counter space that seats 2. We have a 50" flat screen TV and wireless internet. There is a half bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom has a king size, and the other 2 bedrooms have a queen size beds. We can accommodate sleeping for 6 comfortably. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs, one in the hall and one in the master bedroom. The master bedroom also has a TV. The master bedroom has a balcony that you can sit out on and view the ocean. Our townhouse is great for couples or families. Linens or towels are included with rental (Please bring beach towels). This is a non-smoking unit. Book now for your upcoming vacations. We do rent weekly or monthly, during the winter months. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only during the summer months. You can check out our calendar to see the available weeks. Please see our reviews, we know you will love your stay as much as our other families. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age without an adult included in the booking. This is a family home. We are located at Longbay Landing. If you are having trouble viewing our calendar and pictures you may have to use Google Chrome.

Wonderful Visit!
We fell in love with this home! It was extremely clean and very well stocked. We did not even need to bring anything for the kitchen or bathrooms as all of the supplies and utensils/pots/pans were provided. A huge bonus was the beach equipment that came with the rental. Had several beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys for our toddler. Carol was also wonderful. She informed us that cleaning was done the prior day so we were able to check in before 4pm, which gave us almost an extra full day. We loved the location. Safe area and perfect view of the ocean. We will definitely be back soon!

This property was very clean and you can tell it has been well maintained. It had all of the necessities and comforts of home, plus it was just a short walk to the beach! Best beach rental EVER!
Absolutely top location literally steps from the beach. Lovely two story condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths , two balconies and back patio, plenty of parking and convenient to so much. Super clean, fully stocked and tastefully decorated. Owners were amazingly responsive and so glad we actually got to meet Carol and Bob while they stayed in their unit next door while doing upgrades. We left for the beach and came back to brand new chairs on our porch!

My new favorite in NMB!
I have been to Myrtle Beach many times both as a kid with my family and now as an adult with my fiance. I can't tell you enough how much I wish we found this property sooner. First off, Carol and Bob were the nicest people to deal with when it came to communication. They kept us up to date on when the property was available for us and answered any and all questions both before and during our stay. Now for the property, the pictures are what sold us on this but they don't even do it justice. It's hard to believe but it's actually bigger than how the pictures make it look. Upon arrival we knew right away that the location was pretty much perfect, but this property offers so much space and comfort. And back to the location, never in my past stays in MB was I less concerned about packing up for the beach. That's how close this property is, that if we forgot to bring something down with us there's no need to get angry because it's the shortest walk I've ever had back to the room. And the view from the master balcony was so great, it was nice enjoying a coffee in the morning or a drink at night. And let's not forget about it being dog friendly! This was the first trip to the beach with our pup but it certainly won't be the last. And we will definitely be looking for this property listing the next time we visit!

Golf & Beach
We have visited the Grand Strand many times and stayed in many different places from Pawleys to Calabash. This time we wanted to balance our stay between golf and the beach. We found this location worked very well for that. Our Corgi enjoyed his beach access every morning. Great courses within a 20 minute drive. Next time we stay in North Myrtle Beach, we'd look here first.

Best Stay We Have Had with a VRBO
I cannot stress enough how amazing this VRBO was. Extremely clean, well stocked with all your needs. Better than the pictures show. Communication with Carol was perfect. Would recommend to anyone. Love it!
We were very happy with the condo we rented. It was very roomy and clean and had all the items we needed. It is a great location for us as we love North Myrtle, Crescent Beach and Cherry Grove. Best Ever!
This is the BEST townhouse ever! It is very clean and well stock with everything you would ever need at the beach. It is a home away from home. They have beach chairs, umbras, and sand mats. The kitchen is well stock with spices and cooking pots & pans. The balcony upstairs has a perfect view of the ocean where we had breakfast every morning. It is just amazing! And we got to take our dog Lola. It was so great to have her with us on vacation. And Carol and Bob are the best! They keep their properties in tip top shape. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and we can"t wait to come back!

Everything AND the Kitchen Sink!
Upon arrival we obtained easy zero contact access. We found an immaculate townhouse, exactly as depicted on VRBO. We usually stay at a timeshare and this was our second VRBO vacation. I must say this property was better equipped than anything we have experienced. I brought my own gas grill but they had a new electric grill on the back patio. The Kitchen had everything any gourmet foodie could possibly want for meal prep, including new appliances. The beautiful Crescent Beach was literally steps away from the front door. The utility closet had beach chairs, umbrella, everything you would possibly need for a successful beach day. (Bring your own cooler). We had a beach picnic almost every day. Proximity made restroom breaks easy. Thoughtfully decorated with a cool beach vibe everywhere you look. Comfortable beds. Spacious living and dining rooms. The Hosts, Carol and Bob were gracious and responsive to any questions or concerns but not intrusive in the least. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. We would definitely stay here again. ❤️
