MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. This Crescent Beach 2025 sq ft condo has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, and is located on the 8th floor. The spacious living room features a flat screen cable TV/DVD, ceiling fan and free wireless internet. The 25ft ocean front balcony is accessible through glass sliding doors from the living room and the master suite. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter top, breakfast bar, and full size washer/dryer. The master suite offers a King bed, flat screen cable TV/DVD, and ceiling fan and the en-suite bathroom has double sinks, a garden tub and separate glass enclosed shower. The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen cable TV/DVD and ceiling fan, as well as an en-suite bath. The 3rd bedroom has 1 Queen size bed, flat screen cable TV and ceiling fans. The 4th bedroom has 2 Full size beds, cable TV and ceiling fans.

North Shore Villas is a small well maintained complex that has only 57 condo units. North Shore Villas is located in the Crescent Beach section. Relax by the pool, lazy river, kiddie pool and hot tub that will give you plenty of room for you. Parking area is easily accessible under the condos.

We have stayed at North Shore Villas for several years in different units - we LOVE this building because you never have to fight for space on the beach, even during peak season - it’s easy to keep track of little ones because it’s not crowded - very friendly, family oriented area - it’s very conveniently located to Main Street activities and Walmart or Krogers - this was our first year in a 4 bedroom unit and the extra space is perfect for the seven of us — LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this location!!!!!!!

Condo 801 north shores villa
We stayed there from Sept 3-10 and it was a great location. The condo had gnats, the oven didn’t work all week, we discovered it Monday. We had issues with the cable in the bedrooms, I know people will say who goes on vacation to watch tv, but it rained a few days and it was an indoors day, so would have been nice to have them working, especially since the boxes and remotes were there you assume they are working. I feel like those things are things you would check in between rentals, especially the oven. We always cook when we are down there and went to the store thinking the oven worked, and took frozen stuff home with us, because we couldn’t cook it. We have stayed at north shores villa before and loved it, I just don’t know that we would stay at this same condo. The management company was great, addressed our issues, but in the time we were there none of them were fixed.

Beautiful condo
The condo was beautiful. I do not believe the floors were cleaning before our arrival which showed on my grandsons feet and hands. There was a swiffer there but we had to buy more replacement pads for. The view is absolutely beautiful, and the condos' kitchen was well stocked.
