Cozy and comfortable
We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is cozy and comfortable. Spotlessly clean and well-stocked. Walkable neighborhood with easy driving access to area highlights like the Falls and shopping. The front porch was a delightful spot for morning coffee. We hope to return!

This property was truly a gem. The neighborhood was beautiful. Deer were roaming around. It was comfortable, cozy and the host provided everything you would need. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is in a quiet neighboorhood, walking distance to a park with a play area for kids and a disk golf course. It was a perfect spot for a quick get away to see the falls. The property is exactly as pictured, small but not lacking in anything. It is perfect for a couple or small family. Rollout cot was perfect for our 12 yr old. Extremely clean and stocked well with everything needed. Would definitely stay here again!

This location was perfect for short 20 minute drive to Buffalo and 20 minute drive to the Falls. Town is small with beautiful homes and nice parks. Adam was great to deal with everything was very clean and well-kept up. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Everything was great except for the ability to communicate via. Text. I did not want to create an account on Vrbo to do this. in our case, the communication sufficed. Wish they would have had a gratuity envelope on the table. Would have helped us remember at 4:30 am to leave a well deserved tip for the spectacular accommodations.

This was the easiest rental in our history with VRBO! And perfectly located close to the bridge to Grand Island and to Buffalo. Quietly located off the main street, we thoroughly enjoyed our early mornings on the porch prior to heading out for the day. Just perfect for 2 people.

Perfect getaway for girls vacation
The Carriage House was located in a safe area. This was a quick getaway for myself and my adult daughter. The house was immaculate and stocked with so many things, that it made packing a breeze. The owner has wonderful communication and suggested many of the activities we can be doing on our trip. I highly recommend this location.

This property was just perfect!! The owner thought of everything and there are just adorable touches everywhere.
