Lovely spa But the bedroom was so dusty behind the bed stand and was not cleaned properly The reception staff were nice but not overly welcoming Bathroom shower fell down and no hot water in the bathroom I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone Very outdated and needs some upgrading

On the whole enjoyed our stay although on arrival we had to move rooms as we were given a double room & we had requested a twin then there was no shower gel & although requested one it still was not replaced & had to request it again 😊 but staff quickly rectified these issues 😊

We stayed in room 28 the noise through the night was like a lawnmower every 20 mins, we asked staff what it was and everyone said no one else had mentioned it, it woke us up all night and staff were not really concerned when e told them. The hotel was nice breakfast lovely, Spa you have to pay for a towel, when we asked for extra towels in the hotel they said no, put our towel over the towel rail but the towel rail was not heated so still wet the next morning. Staff friendly would stay again but not in the room 28 building and would take own towels.
