The people that clean the rooms need to pay more attention to the bathroom around the toilet in the room we was in was dirty. The corners was dirty, but everything else seem nice.

The staff was absolutely amazing, but conditions of the first room was poor, and the sheets was dirty. But they moved us to another room, which was perfect.

The Roku tv did not work the first night even after the desk person came and tried to get it working. The room was run down as in ceiling paint hanging down, the curtains off the window, bath room towel tack missing, etc. second night there a puppy was running in the hallway around 1am and when I asked for a copy of my receipt I was told that since I used Expedia they would send me a receipt. No lids for the coffee.

Property itself is in a great location, but it is severely lacking in cleanliness when we checked into our room, not only were the floors so dirty that our socks were jet black within a few minutes of walking across the floors bathtub was completely clogged with hair. There was a drink, appeared to be a margarita sitting on the nightstand, half all the bedding was stained. There was also food growing its own city underneath both beds.

We didnt mind staying there, HOWEVER our room smelled horrible, there was food and bugs on the floor, old food in the microwave, sheets were stained and had several ciggerette burns, and our room was given to another couple within 10 minutes of being there. We spoke with the front desk about cancelling because of the poor conditions and they said to go through expedia for the full refund. We didnt want a full refund, we didnt mind paying for the night and a cancellation fee since the front desk was very helpful. However a couple days later Expedia reached out that the econo lodge was not going to honor any refunds becuase of the specific booking. If i thought i needed to get hotel booking insurance just for basic living conditions, i wouldve gotten it. But that wasnt the case.

False Advertising of ammenities
We chose this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub and breakfast. Pool area was locked up and out of order. Breakfast was just mini donuts, bread, plain bagel, cereal. Old bananas. Milk tasted funny and looked old. They seem to be painting and getting new furniture. Hallways smelled stinky ffom cigerette smoke but Thankfully room was okay. I asked about why they didn't update hotels.com about pool and hot tub not working and clerk said they weren't able to. I would like a refund or free room, if I'd known I would have booked another hotel nesrby

There was an odor of tobacco smoke that permeated the building. Renovations are apparent but continuous. More attention could/should be given to the plumbing as there is an odor of mold that emanates from the drains when one uses the lavatory and shower.
