Lovely little hide away.
Really pleasent country inn next to the marina. Breakfast was ample, staff very friendly. Room is a little tired but adequate, plenty oftea, coffee & milk, even a pack of biscuits.

Great place to stay
Lovely place to stay, food is good, have a bar for drinks and relax in the evening. Day boats and canoes just next to it. Tesco 4 minutes away, sea 10 minutes away with beautiful beach and seals. Good plac to visit different sea sides and other attractions.

Lovely traditional inn , a few little luxuries in room, quirky with bags of character, tasty food available and good range of draft drinks at the bar. Helpful staff, fantastic value for money with fullbreakfast included.

It was simple and straightforward. the staff was friendly and chatty and connective. the breakfast was generous and we felt cared for. the wifi was fine! One mattress was a bit saggy but it didn't tae away from the stay.

The young staff were lovely but the hotel is very tired and shabby. Food/breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom needed the window open to let the steam out as there is no extractor fan. No where to dry the towels, they were still damp the next day! Room was not serviced during the three nights we stayed, we will not be staying again.

This is a hard one to review.. if I was reviewing the staff I would give them 5 stars.. hard working very polite a lovely team.. but the hotel it’s self not so good.. I know apparently it is being remodelled and decorated but seems that has been going on for many months if not years.. it’s such a large project I feel millions need to be ploughed in not just a lick of paint so good location, great staff, poor hotel,and okay pub section ..would I stay again no would be my answer

Excellent and secluded rustic pub and rooms. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Perfect for drinks in a fine beer garden. Genuinely money well spent. Will return.
