Non ci siamo neanche stati, dato che la struttura ha cancellato la prenotazione. Abbiamo dovuto trovare un’alternativa tramite il servizio clienti hotels.com. Nonostante il servizio professionale di hotels.com abbiamo perso tantissimo tempo al telefono per una soluzione.
