the staff were very helpful and friendly. the room was clean. the continental breakfast was really bad. so bad i felt ripped off. there were maybe a dozen people downstairs and everyone seemed equally disappointed by it. definitely do not pay for the continental breakfast, it's terrible.

Good location.
Good location with easy access to public transport. Catering excellent. Would have given a higher score but for one thing: the toilet facilities. Without going into gruesome detail, using the toilet required contortionist's skills when seated as the lid would not stay up.

Hotel was very easy to find. Ncp carpark right next door was simple to use aswell. The staff on reception were very helpful. The room was above expectations and including everything we needed . The location was perfect for our planned trip and close to lots of pubs / restaurants etc

The room was great, my friend and I were impressed but the quality of the coffee sachets, not the general run of the mill nescafe, it was Ringtons, that is impressive, also the toiletries we a decent brand too! The negatives about the hotel is the fire alarm went off at 3.30am so we had to evacuate the building, luckily it was a false alarm, some plonker was allegedly smoking in their room! My issues was evacuation down the stairs obviously! Near level 2 there was a chair on the staircase which was obviously a hazard and the exit routes were difficult to follow, no direct signed to say reception /exit it just wasn't obvious! Upon leaving I did ask for the manager and told him mine and my friends concerns about the chair and no direct escape instructions! He was grateful for the feedback, but he wasn't happy about the chair on the stairs. But overall other than the false alarm, it was a pleasant overnight stay!
