Fabulous hotel, friendly, informative and efficient staff. Excellent housekeeping. The restaurant was superb, with a relaxed atmosphere and first rate food. Didnā€™t use the pool, but when walking by it was clean with good quality sunbeds and parasols. Definitely a place to return to.

For such a beautiful looking hotel on the outside, and what we thought was a luxury hotel. it was very disappointing. No bell service, breakfast was par at best and there was one coffee pot for everyone to share. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. We couldn't find the gym, the front desk clerk did as little as possible.

There was no services at all.. No kettle in the room and no complementary water provided. We had no choice but bought water from mini bar and it was expensive. There is minimal facility for hotel guest It was like a substandard B&B in a castle at a 4-star hotel price.
