Very nice apartment on the outskirts of Nuremberg. Everything is new and immaculate, beds are comfortable. Parking is free and right next to the building. The only complaint is there is no elevator so it's necessary to carry bags and luggage up three flights of spiral stairs.

It was an amazing room! I’m really sorry though, I accidentally broke a glass cup, but I cleaned it up! Highly recommend staying here! You need a few fans to keep cool though.

Apartment was perfect for our stay - there was plenty of space, accessories and utilities to make our time there comfortable. The beds had memory foam toppers and pillows (which were so comfortable that we are looking to buy our own now!) Our three children were all in the bigger bedroom together and the phone line helped us to locate the child’s cot when we arrived. The remote door opening was so helpful and the on-site laundry options meant that we went home with mostly clean clothes. We enjoyed exploring the woods nearby, and Playmobil-FunPark which was so much fun! Great place, perfect location.

Smelly apartment
Lovely apartment in a nice location. However, not happy with the awful smell of the drainage. Had to disinfect the shower as a terrible smell coming from the drain slit. Could not get rid of it. Not very health and safety compliant. In 30c+ not good. I reported it. Also the cooker and oven not working. There were no instructions, not even in German. We had to eat out every day. No toaster, no microwave. We are very angry with the accommodation. I need some comeback from you.

This facility affordable budget option for visit to Nuremberg. Many people were complaining about the absence of a reception. They have a app based system of checkin and entry and exit. This facility is very clean with clean bed and bathroom. For all the American travelers, please read the amenities before booking If you are visiting in summer like I did, there is NO air conditioning in the rooms. The windows opened slightly but were not enough to keep the room cool at night. Parking is limited and parking spaces are tight. This was not the best but one of the affordable option in Nuremberg.

The thing that I don't like about this apartment is the difficulty in checking in. I have to keep on messaging via email because we couldn't get the room key until 7pm. There is no reception at all so no one can help you if you have problem in the apartment. It's a good eco technology apartment but at least they should have one real person to look after the apartment in case there is a problem. The apartment itself is nice and clean. The location is quiet and a bit far from the city but it's a beautiful location.

The check in process was awful. I asked for an earlier check in like 1-2 hours ahead and it was refused and they send me a price list to pay for this. When I arrived in the property 1,5 h earlier no one was there and there weren’t any tenants. So why it was refused to me 1 hour earlier check in? Just for more money. This is disgrace. Shame on such people. I hope I’ll never meed to ise such disappointed location.

I enjoyed my stay although people were a but loud when coming in and out of the apartments. There was a lot of noice in the early morning. Wifi stopped working for a whole day because of the new year. Overall I liked it, having a kitchen and pans there so very convenient.

All smarts, but impractical and needs better clean
We had 2 apartments. Both need better cleaning. The toilets were dirty and the hand soap was empty. The kitchen ware was also varying levels of clean e.g. dirty tray in the oven. There’s also just a few simple things that are missing. For instance, there were no dishwashing tablets, there are no tea towels or oven gloves & the oven is set very high up. Its an impractical design. I Was forced to use bathroom towels as there was no way to get hot food out. There no toaster. There was one coffee pod in one apartments, and tons of stuff in the other. In one apartment it was difficult to locate the plates and they were too high to reach - it just didn’t make sense. It’s a nice, cleanish apartment - BUT, it feels like all the effort has been put into the smart aspects and the actual experience of using the room hasn’t been considered. Having the heating on the tablet was in fact far more complicated than necessary. Despite adjusting, one apartment was well over heated for our stay. Also, using smart phones on the app works, but it would be nice to receive acknowledgement before hand so you know your email has been received. Also worth considering what would happen if someone’s phone had been stolen, lost ran out of battery. Overall, it’s a fine stay, with some simple basics missing or unconsidered. Fine if you don’t need the kitchen. I would highly recommend the owners reevaluate the cleaners and actually experience the space as intended so you know what it’s like for guests.

The room and amenities were clean, spacious and well-equipped. I loved the 'eco smart' design. The hotel was a bit of a hike from the nearest train station, but we enjoyed walking through the lovely neighbourhood. It would have been helpful if the staff had notified us closer to the check-in date about the fully digital check-in protocol. I booked this accommodation several months before the trip and had no idea that the hotel wasn't staffed by actual people. It ended up being a real fiasco to download the special app and receive a code via SMS to swipe into the hotel, and we needed help from our German friends (who were eventually able to get through to a phone line). Once check-in was out of the way, however, we loved the accommodation.

The apartment was pretty flash and comfortable but a little far from town. It was easy to get to using public transport though. I didn’t like that you couldn’t deadbolt the door at all and the cleaner walked in unannounced when I was half-dressed :/

The property is clean and well appointed. Two concerns remain. 1. There are 20+ apartments in this facility and maybe 10 or 11 parking spots. When arriving after 6PM, one had to hunt for scares parking in the streets. 2. The access to everything in the building is controlled by your smartphone. There is no alternate way to get back to your resources, should your phone run out of battery, would break or get lost. There is no caretaker one could reach without the working phone.
