Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink—a much-needed treat after enduring an eight-hour car journey to reach the hotel. This thoughtful gesture was deeply appreciated and set a positive tone for our stay. The reception staff, in particular, left a lasting impression with their exceptional service and friendly demeanour as they guided us to our suite on the second floor. The following morning, we eagerly made our way to breakfast, and we were met with an experience beyond compare. The service we received was unparalleled, with a wide array of offerings ranging from sandwiches and traditional Tamil breakfast items to fragrant rice and flavorful curries. Each dish tasted as if it were prepared with care and attention, reminiscent of home-cooked meals. However, what truly made our breakfast experience memorable was the outstanding service provided by Janith and Praveen. Among them, Praveen stood out as a beacon of hospitality, going above and beyond to accommodate our every request and ensuring that our stay was nothing short of exceptional.
