You and your loved ones deserve a peaceful getaway to one of the most breathtaking locales in New England. This first-floor condo at the Island Inn lets you make the most of Martha's Vineyard, with a shared pool, Har-Tru clay tennis courts, and nearby golf for when you return.

A great location near the coast makes it easy to start your day with a refreshing ocean breeze. Joseph Sylvia State Beach is a quick half-mile walk from the condo, while Inkwell Beach is a mile down Seaview Avenue. After kicking back on the beach, venture into Oak Bluffs to explore the town's shops and restaurants. You can also take in some fresh air at Trinity Park, or visit the quaint Cottage Museum for some local history.

Back at the Island Inn, you'll have your pick of ways to relax and pass the time. The nearby Farm Neck Golf Club and the tennis courts both let you stretch your legs and get some exercise, while a pool makes it easy to cool off on warmer days. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

Dine at the grilling/picnic area, gather around the firepit, then retire to your cozy condo for some peace and quiet. You'll also have a full kitchen in your vacation rental, making it easy to whip up hearty breakfasts or picnic lunches. The kitchenette includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. With free WiFi and a cable flatscreen TV for entertainment, sleepy nights in are no problem!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
