This first-floor vacation rental is part of The Island Inn on Martha's Vineyard, which sits about one mile south of the community of Oak Bluffs. Shops, restaurants, and local attractions are all within a few minutes' drive. In addition, the beach is a short half-mile walk away.

Start your day with a cup of coffee on the patio before heading inside to cook up a full breakfast. The compact kitchen includes a two-burner stove, a full-size fridge, a microwave, and a toaster, making it perfect for putting together simple meals or storing and reheating leftovers. The kitchen includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Spend a quiet afternoon browsing the cable channels on the TV, relaxing by the electric fireplace, or using the free WiFi to stay in touch with loved ones back home.

Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

THINGS TO KNOW
One of the sleeping spaces is a semi-enclosed sleeping space, separated from the living room by a half-wall. It is not a full bedroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
