The minimalist kitchen offers exactly what you need to whip up snacks and light meals on the go, with full sets of dining ware and ample storage for all your snacks and goodies.

This minimalistic abode comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a queen size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with access onto the deck. The home’s full bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower. Being 100% unique, the living room, bedroom and bathroom are all separate, requiring a few steps outside between each. The area is not accessible to anyone but guests in the unit.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• This home does not offer laundry facilities.
• Assigned parking available for 1 vehicle.
• This is a commercial building and truly unique. It is right on Hwy CA-41 and traffic can be heard.
• This getaway is one step from nature and as such is subject to the natural occurrences of snow, rain, wind, falling pine needles and leaves, dust/dirt, animals and insects, sometimes inside and out. As these issues persist long after we clean, there are brooms and other necessary items to assist you in clearing decks, balconies, porches or other spaces.
• Please note that in order to access the bedroom and bathroom for this property, guests will need to walk outside and down the external stairs. The living room is separate from the bedroom. This may not be a suitable unit for young children.
