The entire Staff alone should ALL be Congratulated to the highest extent. The entire Front desk Staff, especially Tania and Jose and Ryan, and all whom I had met, including the Maintenance, who was always Courteous, Kind and above all Professional, TOP-NOTCH! \m/ The Rooms are very spacious and quiet, due to good construction between Rooms. The included Breakfast Buffet is definitely something to look forward to the night before, wonderful and wide array of Breakfast delights. The Valet Parking Staff were helpful and courteous and quick to get your vehicle or drop-off, pick-up location. I would highly recommend The Hampton Inn Oakland Downntown-City Center...5 STARS!*****

The premises were clean and i felt safe. There were many food choices nearby. Lake Merritt is just blocks away, and there were cultural activities going on nearby during the evenings with many families out and about. The only downside isvthe $50 parking per night, but just use BART, rideshare, or the train - public transportation is good.
