I loved how friendly the staff was and the rooms are amazingly clean. Only downside was the lamp on my side of the room doesnā€™t work and remains lit so I had to remove the light bulb in order to use the plugs.

The toilet got "backed up." Tried to use the hotel phone. No dial tone. Called using my personal mobile phone to call the front desk. Person that answered the call didn't understand the phrase "backed up." Was advised that will bring up plunger. Individual didn't show up until 30-45 minutes later. When showed up, no plunger (couldn't locate one). Had to change rooms. This was after midnight!!!

The parking lot is too small. The entire 4day stay we were unable to get in the handicapped parking spot. One night had to park way in back in an undesired spot. The two handicapped spots are simply not enough.
