Great stay, just 2 minor issues
The hotel was awesome: Just two complaints. 1) there was a small ant problem in the bathroom the morning we checked out. 2) I had to ask twice for extra washcloths and towels at the front desk.

beware OF BREAK INS. vehicle THEFTS
THE HOTEL WAS PLEASANT BUT ON THE SECOND DAY ONE OF OUR WORK TRUCKS WERE BROKEN INTO IN THE DAY AROUNT 3:30PM. THEY BROKE A WINDOW AND STOLED ALL OUR TOOLS. THEY HAVE VIDOE AROUND THE BUILDING BUT THERE SO CALL SECURITY GUY MUST OF BEEN ON HIS BREAK. SO, BEWARE OF BREAKS IN AT THIS HOTEL

The property was newer and the staff was nice and they were cleaning the areas. First night there a car got there window smashed in, which isn’t the fault of the hotel or lack of trying with having security guards patrolling. The area is a little rough. The target 1/2 mile away had police officers arresting people at the store. I find that Northern California is in rough shape. I’d rather travel south to Los Angeles

They could use a few more handicap parking spaces, they do have several EV spots. Breakfast could offer more hot options like omelets with no meat. Overall very nice. Heads up, lots of dogs were here.

Room is very nice & clean. Staff are very friendly & accommodating to guest. Breakfast is superb! The only thing that we missed is Jacuzzi. After the hard training of Martial Arts during the day, it would be nice to stay in Jacuzzi for few minutes. But other than that, we are very satisfied with everything. Thank you for having a great hotel & staff!

Great room for large family!
Mom traveling with a lot of kids- hotel was nice, clean, and had an excellent breakfast! It is very convenient to a lot of eating options, salons/spas (nails), and only a short drive to downtown San Francisco.

I gave a "good" review overall but "excellent" in other specific areas because so far in this review I haven't seen questions about two things I noticed. First, while the hotel is clean, it must be an older building because the floors squeak, at least in 322 and in the hallway Second, could not figure out what the pool hours were--one sign said 10:00 pm, another no pool use after dark. Didn't bother to ask because it was either too cold (weather) or too crowded to take a dip. The breakfasts were some of the best we've experienced in hotels--lots of variety. Our room was very clean. My bed was a bit soft. Although there were lots of signs in the parking lot saying to not leave valuable in sight, and although other area hotels had reviews saying to be careful, Home2 had a security patrol cruising the parking lot regularly. Very nice! No problems with our car. Had a nice stay.

My family has been in this hotel many times. It used to be very nice, clean, quiet. We always check in late since we mostly have family gatherings in the Bay Area. For some reason, there was someone who knocked loud at the door early in the morning, male big guy. I did not open instead I called the front desk Then after 5 minutes another guy knocked at the door same loudness & so my husband opened the door & said it was a mistake.
