Gteat room, but antiquated. Old AC and hot water in shower took way too long to start flowing. Great choice if you have a car. This is one of the few places that offer parking. Street parking in this arwa is extremely hard to get

hicimos reservacio en la segunda semana de julio lo cual nos cancelaron parte de nuestra instancia, segun por segun no recibieron informacion atravez de la aplicacion, le sugiero que confirmen cuando reserven. Otra cosa las instalaciones estan en construcción, y los baños publicos estan sin aseo, le agradesemos a la persona que nos ayudo en todo momento, para hacer mejor nuestro mal momento que pasamos .

The doors were closed and the front desk constantly unattended. Specially during night time. They should advise the hotel is undergoing through renovations so the noise will bother you. The parking entrance is a really steep and not practical… there are signs more than one accident has happen there…

Disappointing at best
Posted 1 Mar. 2024 on HotelsWe were very disappointed with the condition of the room. The mattress was collapsed on one side. The remote did not turn the TV on or off. The sink tapas almost seized and a real struggle to operate. I had to remove and clean the shower head of grit . The shower pressure was feeble and inadequate. There was no garbage can in the room and the air conditioner was feeble. But it was clean.

Casa de las flores is conveniently located 4 blocks away from Sto Domingo. Staff offers great service, always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are comfortable and well kept. Would definitely come back!
