Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Thuringian Forest

It is a 80 sqm 3-room apartment completed in 2005 with living room and fully equipped comfortable kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom (tub with separate shower, washing machine, dryer, toilet), another guest toilet and a large one South balcony with a wonderful view over the Thuringian Forest. The apartment is part of a central but quiet holiday home with 6 apartments. It has 2 own parking spaces, directly in front of the house, in front of the car number plate: VIE-HP 521.
The apartment can be reached from the street level after 2 (entrance) steps.
Oberhof is a well-known winter sports resort, where you can also ski in summer in the purpose-built cross-country skiing hall. The city is a health resort and the starting point for short and long hikes and excursions in the area.

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern. Der Kontakt vor Ort sehr nett. Wir waren als Familie zu viert da. Dafür ist ausreichend Platz da. Der Balkon hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Einzig und allein die Betten sind leider nicht wirklich gut. Das scheint aber wohl immer ein Manko bei Ferienwohnungen zu sein...

Tolle Lage in Oberhof
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit kompletter Ausstattung. Besonders angetan hat es uns die große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Wald und die berühmte Bobbahn. Die Wohnung ist in Oberhof sehr zentral gelegen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöne und sehr komplett eingerichte Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohung ist sehr schön und hat alles, was man so braucht - auch Kleinigkeiten, die in anderen Unterkünften gern mal fehlen (wie genügend Handtuchhaken im Bad o.ä.) waren vorhanden. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, auch wenn das Wetter uns leider im Stich gelassen hat: Grau in grau mit viel Regen und teilweise Sturm, war weder Winter- noch Wanderurlaub möglich. Aber wir kommen einfach irgendwann nochmal wieder.

Diese Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie ist definitiv für zwei befreundete Paare geeignet. Der Blick vom Balkon ist "unbezahlbar"! Bis zum Zentrum Oberhofs und den gastronomischen Einrichtungen, sind es nur wenige Meter. Das gastronomische Angebot in Oberhof ist knapp. Wegen Personalmangels sind viele Restaurants derzeit zudem nicht täglich geöffnet. Empfehlung: Informieren und besser einen oder zwei Tage im Voraus reservieren. Die Fewo bietet aber alles, um selbst zu kochen. Wer gute Tipps benötigt ist bei der Nachbarin, Frau Kühnert, an der richtigen Adresse. Der Bäcker ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Brötchen sind wirklich gut. Und erst der Kuchen. Traumhaft. Frühstücken kann man dort auch für kleines Geld. Einziges "Manko" der FeWo: Die Parkplätze sind nicht geeignet für SUV der Oberklasse! Für Audi Q7 und Co ist es definitiv zu eng. Danke an die Gastgeber dieser sehr schönen FeWo.

Schöne zentral gelegene Fw in Oberhof.Man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen,wenn man wollte.DieFw ist gut eingerichtet,und es ist alles da was man braucht.Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das Eheb(r)ett.Die ersten Nächte sind wir mit Rücken aufgestanden.Aber später haben wir uns wohl daran gewöhnt.Schöner Balkon mit Blick auf den Thüringer Wald.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Umgebung die keine Wünsche übrig lässt.Der Blick vom grossen Balkon ist grandios. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und in der wunderschönen Landschaft des Thüringer Waldes sehr gut erholt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für Nichtraucherfamilien!
Alles war perfekt, freundliche Stimmung bei der Übergabe und Kommunikation! Gute Lage! Eine Kleinigkeit bleibt zu erwähnen- im großen Schlafzimmer ist der Lattenrost am Bett kaputt (die Seite am Fenster) und müsste ersetzt werden. Dies beeinträchtigt aber keinesfalls den positiven Gesamteindruck von der Wohnung. Sehr empfehlenswert, die beste Wohnung in ganz Oberhof! Vielen Herzlichen Dank!

Die Wohnung entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung. Es ist alles vorhanden,um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wur haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Lage des Appartements im Ort ist gut, der Ausblick vom großen Balkon toll. Die Übergabe der Wohnung lief problemlos. Der Vermieter zeigt sich kulant.
