It has plenty of parking in the courtyard, It has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The villa is fully equipped to the highest standards. The 3 bedrooms all have extra comfy. Casa en una zona muy bonita aunque deberĆ­an invertir mĆ”s en el mantenimiento y adecuaciĆ³n de la vivienda. Las camas son antiguas y muy incĆ³modas y hay zonas con necesidad de reforma. Precio elevado para el estado de la vivienda.

A vivenda era impecĆ”vel, bem situada com uma vista para o campo muito linda e com muito sossego. Dentro de casa havia o necessĆ”rio, os 3 quartos e as 2 casas de banhos perfeito. Talvez pena que a terceira casa de banho/Duche nĆ£o estava no mesmo piso, mas no piso inferior. E sobre as camas/colchƵes, pensar a mudar e por uns novos. Cozinha/louƧa havia o suficiente. A piscina impecĆ”vel.Mas se estivesse aquecida era perfeito. O proprietĆ”rio, o JoĆ£o, muito simpĆ”tico e estava presente para nos acolher com as explicaƧƵes necessĆ”rias e disponĆ­vel em caso de urgĆŖncia. E depois presente Ć” saĆ­da. Das Haus liegt ca. 10 Minuten von Obidos entfernt, ein kleiner Ort in dem man gut Essen kann. Vom Haus hat man einen schƶnen Blick auf die Landschaft. Auf dem GrundstĆ¼ck ist ein Pool vorhanden, ebenfalls ein Grill mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Haus ist sehr gerƤumig mit einem groƟen Wohn-/ Essbereich, in dem man sich auch bei schlechterem Wetter gut aufhalten kann. Die KĆ¼che ist mit allem notwendigen Kochgeschirr ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist gut erreichbar und spricht auch gut Englisch. Check-In und Check-Out ist sehr einfach, Joao erklƤrt alles notwendige. Nach Lissabon fƤhrt man von hier ca. 1 Stunde, so dass sich die Lage auch gut fĆ¼r einen Tagesausflug eignet. Wir wĆ¼rden jederzeit wiederkommen.
