The house, designed by one of the best Portuguese architects with the purpose of creating dynamic living suited to its function, has 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets plus 1 toilet, kitchen, a huge living room, large dining area attached to the kitchen and an outside dining area to lose your breath! on the outside, enjoy a generous private pool, away from outside eyes, to make you feel at home. Needless to say, every detail of the decor was soberly thought out in detail, and that the feeling of comfort is ethereal and omnipresent. This property, perfect for experiencing the best of Portuguese architecture, is suitable for a time to two, business, families with children or large groups.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price
Our stay at this property was unfortunately disappointing, especially for a vacation rental at this price point.
The cleanliness was inadequate upon arrival. Although we were told the house had been cleaned, we found cobwebs and dirty floors. Additionally, the entire set of terrace furniture was unusable, as all the chairs were broken, and the umbrella was completely destroyed.
The pool, one of the main reasons we booked this property, was dirty throughout our stay and unusable. Despite notifying the owner multiple times, the pool was never properly cleaned, and the pump was not working for most of the days. The grill was also in a condition that made it impossible to use.
We also faced insect problems, and the house's electrical system was complicated and partially non-functional. Our attempts to resolve these issues were met with inadequate responses.
Overall, we were very disappointed with the lack of maintenance and the condition of the property. At this price, we expected much more.

A fuir et isolé
Cette maison et le propriétaire sont à fuir .. complexe avec des maisons à l’abandon et loin de Obidos 20 Mn sur des routes de montages une horreur .. la maison empestait le renfermé, araignée presque dans toutes les chambres et invasion de fourmis .. la propreté des wc horrible nous avons dû appeler le propriétaire qui a de nouveau envoyé une femme de ménage .. j’ai toutes les photos.. champignons partout sur la pelouse attention si vous avez des enfants ou animaux.. piscines sales … 2 malheureux transat alors que la villa est pour 6 .. vraiment c’est du foutage de gueule … le restaurant fermé à 21h … nous avons quitté les lieux avant .. l’odeur des wc et salle de bain vous donne juste envie de vomir … tout ce que souhaite le propriétaire c’est louer son bien le reste il s’en fou…

Very nice home at golf resort
This home at the golf resort was a very nice place to stay with very good beds, a nice pool. The house was clean and well decorated. The location is 10 minutes from the nice beaches and close to the nice town of Obidos.

Ausstattung der Wohnanlage
die Ausstattung des Ferienhaus mit Steckdosen für Elektrogeräte und die Beleuchtung war sehr dürftig.
heutzutage hat Jederman Laptop oder Tablett, wenn damit für länger auf der Terrasse sitzen wollte mußte man sich selbst mit Verlängerungskabel und Mehrfachsteckdosen versorgen. Die Beleuchtung im ganzen Haus war sehr dürftig bis nicht vorhanden, z.B. in großen Wohnzimmer

Pure Enttäuschung! Das Objekt ist auf keinen Fall den Preis wert.
Schimmel an den Wänden, Massen an Fliegen, Ameisen im Bett, dreckiges Geschirr sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche, Spinnennetz überall.
Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Service vor Ort war mangelhaft. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr erschwerlich.

Villa fantástica, fotos reflejan características
Zona muy tranquila, paisaje natural excepcional. La villa muy cómoda, bien surtida. Ideal para vacaciones tranquilas. El personal del Club de Golf, el restaurante (dónde se come estupendamente) y vigilancia fueron todos muy agradables. Sin duda recomendable!!
