I checked in on the 31st to sleep overnight but it put me down for September 1st. I don't know how to fix this but I had insurance on the room and it clearly was the 31st that I clicked on my itinerary. In the end it said September 1st. I needed a room for the 31st so I never checked in and I got charged?

Rooms were good, tea. Water was warm, not hot both in restaurants and lobby, in heavy rains, large puddle over a foot deep on entry driveway causes car stalls for drivers who don’t know about it. Suggest a sign at reception, warning people how to get around it in a heavy rain or right after.

I really enjoyed the food at this property. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very clean. Sadly we had a horrible view overlooking the roof and air conditioner but sometimes this can’t be helped.

This was an amazing stay felt like home Once again beautiful blonde and Charming Norma greeted my parents and myself.We arrived pretty anxious been staying for 2 months at B&B,appt and Norma relax us all with her inviting smile w breakfast vouchers for the whole stay… I want to thank Norma for created this harmonious atmosphere to guest as employees at all times
