Hunterton House - Pet Friendly
Located in a quiet neighborhood, this house is easy access to several attractions in the NW Ocala area. Only 10 mins to the World Equestrian Center, 20 mins to HITs, and 15 mins to downtown Ocala it will never be a long commute. The floor plan is split with a large master suite on one side of the home, and 2 queen bedrooms on the other side joined by a living room with large sectional for folks to gather. The screen in patio allows for plenty of space for your group to enjoy wonderful weather.
This home is in the heart of horse country and is only 10 minutes away from the new World Equestrian Center!
Quiet neighborhood with HOA.
Please do not park on the grass overnight. All dogs must be leashed in neighborhood, but we do have a fully fenced yard for your pups to run free!
• Quiet time after 11 p.m.
• We want you to make yourself at home, so if you move items during your stay please make sure they are back in their original placement prior to check out.
• Please ensure the number of guests on your reservation is correct. If you have additional overnight visitors please notify your hosts.
• No events unless coordinated with the host.
• No smoking. If smoke is detected after check out an additional $500 charge will be applied to your reservation.
• If your pups join you we asked that they stay off the furniture. If you leave them at home, please bring a crate to reduce the risk of damage to the properly. Please clean up after them in the yard, and dispose of the waste in the trash can. Lastly, we work hard to maintain nice yard, so please no digging. A charge will be applied if the yard is damaged.
• Laundry is available in the home, and free of charge but please only wash linens, towels, or clothing. Any pet/horse laundry is prohibited.
• Please do not use metal utensils on the non-stick pans as it will scratch them which is not good for the pans, and even worse for you.
• Trash pick up days are Monday/Thursday early AM. We would greatly appreciate if you placed the can at the curb the night prior if you are at the home during these days.
• For those staying more then 30 days we will provide the garage door opener fob. Please leave on the kitchen counter prior to check out. Replacement fee if lost is $50.

• No trailer, or RV parking at the property
• Please keep your pets on a leash in the neighborhood.

Great stay!
Very clean, large screened back porch, high quality furniture, huge TV and comfy sectional, and the most comfortable beds I’ve ever laid on in a rental. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

Wonderful stay!
This was our second time staying at this house and both times were wonderful. The house is well stocked with clean towels and just about anything you would need in the kitchen. The beds are super comfortable and everything is super clean and very nicely decorated. Great for families. Also good location close to a grocery store and gym if you needed it!
Brittany the host, is very accommodating and responsive. We will be back!
