There are flat screen TVs in the living room and each of the bedrooms and of course free Wi-Fi. There is also a large washer and dryer for guest use.

The Belmont is in an excellent location on Dorchester Street. As soon as you come across the route 50 bridge you are practically there. You will love having two parking spots and being near the boardwalk. You can park the cars and forget them as you will have easy access to all the rides and attractions on the boardwalk, shops, direct access to the beach, great fishing and of course the many fabulous restaurants. Need a break from the sand? There is a beautiful rooftop pool for your enjoyment along with a sauna and gym. Could this place be more perfect?

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and complex.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is located in the inlet on Dorchester Street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TVs can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
