When we arrived, the room that they gave us had a leaking dehumidifier. The carpet was soaking wet and torn. AC was not working (room was 80 degrees). I asked the front desk if we could have an alternate room, seeing as I was 8 months pregnant and traveling with 3 kids - this was not going to work. They said there were no other rooms. I went to set up the pull out, it had not been vacuumed or cleaned. The sheets and the towels for the room were dirty, I called and asked for a manager, once I did that - magically there was another room available. The alternate room was in much better condition; however, not worth what they charge per night, the only perk to this hotel is its location.

Loved our stay. Was perfect. The hotel and staff were amazing. Close to beach and restaurants. Only set back was our room was adjoining to another that had a child SCREAMING from 5 am to 9 am. NOT the hotels fault and we wouldve moved to another room but they were at full capacity.

Love how close you are to the beach. The room was clean and we didn’t hear any noise once we were inside. The hallway carpet should be cleaned/replaced. Overall an excellent choice for the cost

Nice place overall!
Our stay was nice. Access to the beach was easy but no boardwalk. Attendants were nice and eager to fulfill our needs. Sucked that the ice machine was out of order all week long. We had to go buy a bag instead going to 5th floor where the other ice machine was located.

The fridge was broke, they came to fix and said it was working although only the freezer was. I had to use my cooler for any other food after I had to toss somethings in the trash. broken remote. Bathroom was dirty. Elevator didn't work the entire time.

Our room had a portable air conditioner with a portion of sliding glass door blocked off for its vent, which in turn caused the door not to lock. Carpet was disgusting, refrigerator quit working the 2nd day we were there and they refused to replace it. Wallpaper coming off the walls. they advertised newly renovated. The only thing that looked renovated was the lobby. I will never stay here again

The hallways smelled and were very hot ! Lots of broken things elevator, ice machine! Loud party in the room next door made it hard to sleep but staff did shut it down and they stoped.
